- The View - Safety Precaution, especially during breakfast where the chefs would serve you for your safety - The staff. They helped us print our PCR tests for traveling - The location. Just step out from the hotel and you’ll find yourself by the pier and the beach. Even you continue till the end of the pier, you’ll find Ali and Ninos statue. There’s a lot of restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops nearby. - One of the few hotels outside Middle East that have hand sprays in their bathrooms.

Very good location. Amazing sea view from a balcony. Food on breakfast was ok. Super friendly stuff! We arrived early in the morning, the night shift leader Irakli was very professional and helped us with earlier check-in and gave us very good advices about travelling in Georgia! 🙂👍

The hotel staff were excellent and helpful, the hotel facilities were great, the pool is fantastic, the sea is very close to the hotel, and the bar at sea had a fantastic location. The location of the hotel is good, and the breakfast was great.

The spa only opened at 10.00 am, so the sauna did not work when we had some exercises. It might be worth opening the facility a little bit earlier, let say about 8:00 am

First of all I need to thank the management fo a special situation I had to change the booking witch it was can’t change it , but they help me without pay anything We arrived the hotel the staff was so friendly smiling and helpful The rooms was sea view and was amazing The rooms is so clean and new and luxury The food is amazing The food is perfect I was feeling so comfortable and this hotel one of the best I seen

Room is quite spacious There is a Spa and a swimming pool

Breakfast was awful. Many guests skipped it. The facilities were closed at 8 pm instead of keeping them open for later hours as there is curfew. The security stuff in the lobby looking at people strangely all the time as if something is wrong.

Front desk staff ( Nino & Lia) were super nice thank you. The location is nice for me away from the croweded areas (not that far). Front of the beach.

- quite far (considering traffic) from main attractions: botanical garden, boulevard, etc.; - limited room service menu during our stay; - balcony door is weird (didn't get how to open it until was demonstrated); - weak shower flow pressure; - pillows are too high

The general the hotel is very good the location is excellent and the staff is more than nice the service is also very good the SPA is also great
