It’s a very modern nice building (from what I saw the most beautiful one in Batumi 🥹) The rooms are spacious, clean and modern as well. The staff is friendly, ready to help if needed. We were allowed to check-in early in the morning for extra charge and were upgraded free of charge. Thanks Irakli for his help! The breakfast is nice, even if you come late, you still have plenty of options, not just leftovers :D The hotel is very close to the beach. You have access to SPA (swimming pool, gym etc). All in all, it was a great experience!

I have to say if we were not upgraded I wouldn’t be satisfied with a view. I specifically booked a room with a sea view and we were supposed to live on the 3rd floor (out of 5 possible) - and basically the room was facing the wall of another building. The partial sea view would still be there but it doesn’t feel right to just face the grey wall, even if you can see the sea. We were upgraded and had a room on the 4th floor which was above this building, so the view was much much better. Just keep that in mind if you specifically look for sea view ✌️

This is a brand new hotel that fully corresponds to the 5-start label. The personell is extremely friendly and willing to help, SPA is splendid, rooms are stylish and comfortable, breakfasts are very rich. The location is, however, dubious: the hotel is located in right in the middle of the esplanade, which is great, but the heart of the city is located a few districts away, closer to the port.

The views from the rooms did not entirely satisfy me: since the hotel does not face the sealine, but the parking lot and is only 5-storey high, one can only expect to see shore at an angle.

This is the really one of the best hotell in Batumi city, with perfect location, perfect and very clean interior and with the professional and very friendly stuff (a specially very friendly and professional ladies at the reception). Breakfast is perfect! The Spa area is also very comfortable, with very good inside pool with terrace and with two saunas. Strongly recommend this hotell!!

the Gym area could be more equiped

We were satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Friendly and polite staff, special thanks to the receptionists for solving various issues. Everything in the room is new and clean, the view from the balcony was of the sea and the sunset. Very high quality room cleaning. Separately, it is worth noting the spa area, an excellent pool overlooking the sea, a good Finnish sauna and a steam room.

Staff ate very friendly specially the ladies staff at reception, they extend all possible support to make our stay in the city pleasant, translating to the drivers, suggesting places to go etc,, I would recommend to stay here if you are in batumi

New hotel, very nice staff, we were given a free room upgrade. I enjoyed the spa and wellness centre. Sauna and the pool are great, so is the gym. The room was very comfortable.

The only disadvantage I can think of is that room is missing some sort of a rack to dry things after sauna/gym.

The spa center and massage were gorgeous. The whole experience was great.

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant and room service, although I should have paid attention when booking.
