Staff were flexible and friendly. I was allowed to order a drink even if the bar was closed. Slept very well, probably because the air conditioning worked well and the bed was very comfortable. I cannot find anything to complain about, really. Complimentary bottle of water and in-room safe were a great plus.

Nothing really. It was great. The restaurant was great, the breakfast was great, the room was great, the location (for my needs) was perfect, the staff were perfect, sufficient parking places with a roomy garage.

The Leonardo Business Hotel in Augsburg exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was extremely clean (even for a business hotel), the value for money was extremely high which could be due to our booking in the weekend (Saturday night). we had a very warm welcome and a very good night sleep.

Unfortunately we needed the help of the staff to get into the garage (the system incorrectly thought the garage was full and this appears t happen often). They forgot to put towels in our badroom, which was also quickly put right after I called the reception.

The lowest category rooms have terrible beds, we upgraded our room to sleep well. We arrived late (just before midnight) and the lady at the reception was not kind at all, didnt even show us where we find the elevators after checking in - we went the opposite direction and the bartender helped us out. 10 minutes later when we had a question and I went down to her, she did not even respond to my 'good evening' greeting, just stared at me with 'go to ...' look. For 165 EUR room you expect at a least a 'Hi, what can I do for you?'... Very high extra charge for car parking. Downtown is not in comfortable walking distance.

Great location for the purpose of my trip, with a tram stop just across the road, spacious underground garage, nicely decorated rooms with all necessary functionality: safe; fridge, wardrobe rooms... and effective air conditioning. Excellent breakfast offering - al you can think of and more. the decency of offering a complementary bottle of water was also well appreciated. Reception desk well staffed with kind, competent people. Same goes for all other staff members.

The only flaw, was that the caulking in some areas of the shower floor could have been fresher.

Modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Professional staff. Easy and safe parking. Complementary drink on arrival. Nice atmosphere. Large, comfortable air-conditioned room with everything you could want. Great breakfast with plenty of choice.

The dinner menu was very disappointing; it was hard to find something which was just simple, healthy food. No regional dishes; everything felt overembellished which often isn't what you need after a long day's travelling. We noticed people getting take-away delivered, so perhaps others felt similarly.

I have been at the Leonardo several times. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, reception as well as restaurant. The rooms are well designed and offer the comfort you would expect. Some rooms are unfortunately a bit noisy due to the large road and the train passing by. But so far I always received a quiet room, when I asked. The best thing in the morning is the breakfast at Leonardo Augsburg. A lot to chose from, fresh, tasty. Really worth the money.

We liked the spacious and modern rooms, cleanliness and the generous breakfast buffet, but we were most impressed and touched by the kind extra touches such as a bottle warmer and extra nappies for the baby next to the baby bed. This made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The staff were helpful and attentive, especially at the very busy breakfast buffet.

If we had to comment on one thing was how busy it was at the breakfast and that there were many guests who came around 9am who could not be seated. Perhaps it was an unlucky morning when everyone decided to have breakfast around the same time, but the buffet felt very crowded and we had to wait for a temporary table to be set up in the conference room. Nevertheless, the staff did their best to accommodate us and were helpful despite how stressed they must have been.

Everything was really, really good! The service, the room, the underground garage, all the communication done previous to the arrival, the room was really great, clean, modern and super comfy beds. Location was great as well, within walking distance to the old town of Augsburg, and we had dinner at the restaurant. Food was really, really good, seasonal and very good ambiance. We recommend this place to stay and have a good stop while doing the Romantische-Strasse route.

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

We requested, and were given, a larger upgraded room for our 2 night stay. The room was quiet, great a/c, value for money, good restaurant for meals & breakfast, secure underground parking. It was very hot so we choose to use the fitness centre which was a real bonus. Was quite a long walk into town but doable if you’re a walker as we are.

The only issue was lack of adequate lighting in the living/sitting area. This is the only criticism.

We stayed in the hotel for one night only but the whole experience was outstanding. The manager authorised an upgrade for us and we had an amazing room with a street view. The Argentinian Receptionist, Ingrid, was very welcoming and professional and made our experience very special and we felt like at home. My friend and I both from the hospitality industry loved her. If we ever come back to Ausberg we will stay at the hotel and it will be because of her and the team that works in this beautiful hotel.
