it was a great stay. The location was good but not the best. the room was clean and nice. they even have free bike to use.

because it is a self service, there’s no staff available just in case you need a refill of your shampoo and soap or you have a question. in our case, the shampoo was already emptied and we don’t have anyone to ask for. i tried the intercom in the entrance but the lady said it was from the another hotel. komisch. but it was ok.

The hotel is located in a lovely old building and my room was very bright with beautiful windows facing the quiet green garden

I wasn’t given check in instructions on time before my arrival. The staff phone number doesn’t work. I was lucky to accidentally meet other guests who helped me to find the stuff and I was able to check in as I arrived. So overall it turned out good

The location is great, right in the centre, with everything at your doorstep! The room was very tastefully decorated and the bathroom (although separate) was close and very modern and clean. Overall, we felt that it was very good value for money.

The check in procedure was a little confusing. There are boxes with the keys and the box didn't open directly and it didn't correspond to the room number. So it took some time to find which box my key was in. Also the parking was offsite and a bit confusing. It could help to have a map with the location of the parking and a picture of the garage with the booking details, as it was not 100% clear.

Easy central location in the heart of Augsburg. Room and bathroom spacious. Easy self check-in. Having one night stay, worked pretty okay for me and my partner.

Bed was pretty uncomfortable. Shower with a strange layout, making the water splash everywhere.

Fantastic location near the Fuggerai, quaint city street setting, completely quiet. There is a delightful little terrace where we had our breakfast.

Parking was supposed to be included but the instructions we were given over the phone failed to locate the garage. Ended up costing EUR 23

Room design is fabulous, impressive. When finally we reached the remote desk, we had very nice support .

It was a bit difficult to reach the remote service desk, always busy.

5 min walk to the city gallery where we had to park the car. Not a big deal. The toilet was a bit too close to the wall, had to squeeze in

Superb location in very downtown, stylish & clean. Easy to find if you know the address. Ideal for a couple of days stay to walk around the city center.

For those who reserved a parking offered by the ANA it would be more easy to find the garage if exact address (map?) of the one could be indicated either in the confirmation/welcome email or at least at the keychain.

Good location and comfortable room.

Check-in was a hassle because there was no key in the key safe. However phoned for help and after three or four more goes a key was delivered. No breakfast.
