the outdoor swimming pool was great, and the basement sauna and steam room were a bonus. the room had a balcony.

our neighbors smoked on their balcony, so I'd like to see smoking banned on the entire property

breakfast was wonderful, everything was homemade, fresh and delicious.The hotel is a family concept, room view that i stay was mountains .Pool is small but acceptable especially mentioned taht it is without chemicals which is so good. thanks to all

just as a suggestion, i have a sunburn and during night i couldn't find first aid box, its better to make it somewhere visible for customers that also have kids.This is not a negativ comment, just to support to be better.

Outside of hotel look on the pictures different then in real, very small and we didn't expect houses so close to the hotel, we were recommended to go to restaurant over the street for authentic Austrian cuisine, it was not tasty at all, they were cooking per quantity not quality and for such food very expensive, you can eat tasty food in center of Salzburg for half price.

Was very lucky to get the corner room on the second floor (Venus room if I recalled correctly). From what I saw, it has the biggest balcony area (the whole L shape to the side of hotel!). Room was absolutely gorgeous, newly renovated and huge! Awesome view from balcony. A pity that I only stayed for one night, will be back!

a kettle in the room would have been good and, as the sun was shining in the window all afternoon, aircon would have been good. I did expect it at the price charged.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Upon check-in, a tour of the hotel was given. The breakfast was super good. Good view from the balcony. The surroundings were pleasantly quiet. A nice pond in the yard, where it was nice to cool off in hot weather. A nice dinner place was a short walk away.

As it was exceptionally hot weather, an air conditioner would have been very helpful.

Due to the delays in our flight from Birmingham to Frankfurt, our connection to Salzburg had left. We were so looking forward to Hotel Himmelreich but we didn't arrive in Salzburg until 1520 on 21st June and therefore lost a day of our holiday and spent a disappointing night.

Attractive property with a lovely sunny garden. Very comfortable recently refurbished room. very close to the airport and bus links into the city. Great spread for breakfast. Helpful staff

Great location 10 minutes from Salzburg Airport. Excellent breakfast and good range of facilities (though raining so hard during my stay that didn't benefit from those outside). Very comfortable bed.

Nice and Cousy family hotel. The sauna is free and was just super! The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was big and had a balcony.
