Spacious room & bathroom with walk in shower. Great location very close to the Caracalla spa & selection of cafes & restaurants. Nice buffet breakfast and friendly staff at reception Espresso machine in the room. Fast wifi.

The front entrance needs a little pathway/ step from the driveway to the public path that goes down to the church and spa ( just to avoid having to walk to the end of the driveway and back down to the front entrance) I would have preferred some sachets of milk/creamer & tea to be replenished daily. Would have been great if there was 3-4 simple meals & dessert available for dinner ( just for those who don't want to go out)

A very smart and attractive modern hotel in a great location.

The electronic check-in arrangement is farcical. The reception staff were patient, charming and excellent at their jobs and more than capable of checking us in a friendly and efficient way. Instead the hotel company policy required us to use one of the electronic check-in terminal, which was over complex and failed to work a number of times. Despite there being 3 such terminals, queues formed because everyone found them difficult to use, causing completely unnecessary stress, frustration and dissatisfaction. Please use the fantastic staff that you have rather than trying to replace them with a machine that doesn’t even work properly and starts people’s stay in a bad way.

OK, I rarely write recommendations. But the staff here were superb, from the breakfast team to Reception to the manager. People make the place, so a highly recommended team of folks. I'd go back again easily. The location is good, 2 min walk to the spas, 5 min walk to the old town and nearby lots of restaurant options. Easy access to a bus to the Merkur funicular railway about 12 min away. Room has coffee and tea making facilities, individual airco and nice comfy beds with storage for luggage under the bed in a unique way to make space. Ecohotel in room cleaning by appointment and has alternatives to dairy at breakfast for lactose and gluten issues. But the staff, especially Stephanie at Reception, are what made it special for me.

Even though they arrange a special pillow for me for neck sleep issues, pillows were just not my personal preference, but you have quite a few of them available. I prefer to have a closet that closes so out of sight, out of mind but the room had an open closet area. But that is just room design preferences, no reflection of my stay or the capability of the hotel.

Great location, very modern stylish room. Parking was ideal for motorbikes. Didn't really understand how it was meant to work (tickets, payment etc ) but in the end wasn't charged and noticed other bikers arrived after us and they were put through into a rear area that was secure and I assume free.

Room was a bit dark. Check in was supposed to be all techy on a fancy screen but couldn't really understand why it didn't have all the relevant info from the booking without me having to stand there and type it all in then it timed out while I was trying to fish my id from my baggage and had to start over. What a carry on after a day of travelling.

The location was a little outside the main tourist area, but just a short 5 mins walk away. It was very close to the Caracalla Spa and the bus stop, which was great too. The room was comfortable and very clean. The coffee and coffee-maker were heaven-sent. The street view from our room was quite nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay in Baden-Baden and the Tribe Hotel.

When we arrived tired, the staff gave us the wrong room and then scrambled to correct the mistake. But they did offer us some complementary drinks to make up for it. The room was rather small. We arrived on foot with our luggage from the bus stop, which was a 5-mins walk away, and we had to roll our luggage up quite a steep incline just outside the hotel; this was quite taxing (and of course, no fault of the hotel's, but future guests should know this). Also, the gym was very rather poorly set up; it only had cardio machines.

The location is perfect to visit the Spas and city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The fitness center was handy. There are lockers to store the luggage after check out. The breakfast buffet was good.

The self check-in kiosk was very annoying as noted by ourselves and several groups trying to check in around the same time. It has no explanation about the city tourist tax which is added to the bill automatically. Then, it restarted after 20 seconds of inactivity while we were wondering why the bill didn't match. PS: the city tax is obligatory, not an issue from the hotel, but the computer should at least explaining. It's always better to talk to a real person.

It is a no-brainer: in my opinion, the ideal accommodation in Baden-Baden for couples on the younger side. Great modern atmosphere and attention to detail. English and French are spoken. Thanks a lot to Isabel for helping us !

Not a lot of French-speaking or English-speaking channels on the HUGE television, besides news channels. Would be great to have Chromecast or some movie-centric channels to drift to sleep to! A bit of an awkward path to the front door if you're coming by foot.

Brand new hotel, very clean, nice deco, outstanding location right in front of the Caracalla baths, comfortable bed, no noise, coffee machine and tea pot in the room, terrasse accessible from gym is very nice

Room is small but well laid out, reception screens with avatars is a useless gimmick but the receptionist in person was very helpful. Hotel parking was fully booked but Vincent car park 200 meters away and less expensive, so a better choice.

Considering the price and location of the hotel (right next to the centre and spas) it was sublime :). The staff were also very helpful and friendly 10/10 for them. We asked for a room on the high floor and they granted our wishes. The bed and the pillows were also very comfortable.

The rooms are on the smaller size but the beds do have holes underneath them to put away your luggage (very smart in my oppinion) so you can walk normaly. The hotel didnt have any parking spaces left when we came (they did provide an alternative parking garage 100m from the hotel) minor inconviniance.

Great location, comfortable beds, well appointed rooms, good showers. Air con very effective. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. Parking was very convenient, safe and undercover.

We had 2 rooms and in one the air con unit leaked and in the other there was a stain/mark on the duvet. They were very good about sorting it when we raised it and took some money off the bill. The staff were friendly, but were very busy so on occasion came across as a bit stressed/short with people.
