+ cleanliness + nice surrounding, the city is picturesque and just lovely; there's a nice area for a walk nearby. + fridge in the room, small kettle, coffee, tea, etc. + easy check-in - we've called the host and received the code for key box. No problem with communication in english + air conditioner avaliable + breakfast was decent, coffee was very tasty even though it was in the jug not directly from the coffee machine + avaliable free parking on the street nearby

I would say that there is not much to complain about, especially that we stayed there for short period of time. Maybe there could be more power sockets avaliable.

I like the Hotel. Lovely city. Parking could be more easy. Rooms very nice and clean. Breakfrist could be better. Easy to check in at any time. Staff did not speak much english.

Bed a bit weak and hammock like ... still ok for one night. Coffee in the morning kept warm in a thermos jug for a while. Fresh coffee would make a big difference.

Cleanliness, placement, breakfast

I payed for a high double bed comfortable room, on the first floor, I got a small headroom no windows twin room on the top floor with walls on my head and beads 3m apart. Comfortable and clean.

Very comfortable stay. Hotel is centrally located in the cute town of Beelitz.

The walls were rather thin and there is no elevator. But the nice gentleman at the front desk offered to carry my suitcase up for me.

The breakfast is rich and good, I was missing an espresso coffee from a machine At first we were given a room with a double bed, and we asked them to switch to two beds. They did so the next day with no problem. The staff was very nice. The hotel is calm and quiet

There was no kettle in the room, for making hot drinks.

Location. Great restaurant excellent breakfast. Let us store our bikes inside.

The easy access from parking on the street and late check in possible with key box. the location excellent for our purpose of visiting the area to visit the old sanctuary park. The bed where comfy and rooms clean

I liked the location, since it’s central and the rooms have air conditioning which is vital for these hot summers. My room was really big. The bathroom was clean.

I couldn’t opt out for the breakfast and I left so early that the breakfast included made no sense for me. Would ne nice to be able to opt out and pay less. The bed was uncomfortable, hard mattress and flat pillows. The shower was tiny. Walking around in the room and looking at my socks showed me, they didn’t mop it since hair and dust was all over my socks. I cannot really say anything about the staff, only that I caught someone when I walked in and they explained where my room was otherwise I’ve seen no staff at all. Main issue. I had to walk up two flights of stairs with a heavy bag. There is no elevator.
