The staffs were very kind and friendly. Also the room was very clean and tidy. The hotel located near the Potsdam Hbf - walk distance. Highly recommended!

The hotel does not have their own parking space - it cost 15€ over night and connects to the hotel via lift.

Clean, quiet, and definitely how close to the Hbf.

The check-in is too late at 15:00, There is no good water on the prakefast. The location is great, but there is a problem with reaching it via Google maps in a short way. Need to be fixed.

New and central location

One breakfast morning was a disaster! All dirty dishes were still on the tables since no staff doing it. They were over filled with guests and guests were lining up to seat. We end up cleaning tables in order to seat and eat, but most food were empty and too many people lining up waiting for food. 15 minutes to get coffee and 30 mins of food. They're reason was they were just new and newly opened. Management incompetence! They booked all these people so they should anticipated the breakfast will be a zoo! I travelled all over but have never experienced that kind of dilemma! Always be prepare for a big rush! Such a pity those girls in the kitchen running preparing more food! The girl in the desk was in tears because of complaints from guests cannot eat.

It was the brand new property next to the Potsdam Hbf, very modern, clean and quite large. The spacious room was tastefully decorated. It was a nice gesture that we could get a drink for free at the bar, if we chose not to ask house keeping.

Somehow the housekeepers left a big cart full of used towels right next to the door to my room, which ruined the nice atmosphere... It was a bit difficult to reach the hotel although it was very close to the station. The shortest way was actually from the exit on the other side of the station, which was not obvious until I asked at the reception after arrival.

Excellent room. Despite being very close to the centre and train station the room was very quiet. Shower was excellent and check in easy. There is a luggage room and staff let me use it all day on my check out day for free.

Would have been good to have a kettle in the room to make tea and coffee. There is a free drink scheme if you don't use house keeping but it's quite disorganised. Difficult to get a hot drink if there are no bar staff around

Very clean and comfortable room, modern decor

Lack of tea an coffee making facility but we knew about it before we booked. My room was on the side of very busy road and there were noisy people under our window and everything we wanted was to sleep and rest after the long drive from Amsterdam but I have complained about it and the it has subsided eventually.. I was surprised that morning shift personal hardly spoke English but was very nice and polite

The staff was professional, friendly and helpful (reception, bar/restaurant, cleaning). I also liked their efforts towards more sustainability. Although the hotel is located not far from a major road, it was really quiet and the room was cosy. The lobby area is spacious and they have a nice bar space adjoint to it.

The only thing I liked less was the room size: we had a standard double room and there wasn't much room to relax besides staying on the bed.

This is a good option for business travellers due to the location and the rooms' overall quality. It is easy to reach, comfortable enough, and quiet. It has everything you need, minus maybe a small fridge, but it doesn't offer too many frills and creature comfort that families would like.

Personally, I find the beds quite firm, and I would have hoped for a small fridge.

The hotel is new, in an excellent location, opposite the railway station but still in close walking distance from all points of interest. The decoration was excellent, the room comfortable, spacious and very clean. The soundproofing from outside noises was fantastic. Breakfast was great with many choices for all tastes. And all these with an excellent and extremely competitive price. Highly recommended

The location is extremely good if you travel by train - the main railway station is just across the street. It is also very close to the Museum Barberini (it was of great advantage to me).

The window in my room was small, so it was a bit dark. If you like rooms with good daylight, it will be a bit of a disappointment.
