Excellent staff service, clean and comfortable hotel, a minute or two walk to various transportation stops, shops, cafes and restaurants. A REWE market is less than a 7 minute easy walk. The hotel provides a buffet breakfast (optional/fee), a bar and there is a cafe/restaurant next door. The hotel is across the street from the Brandenburg Tor gate and is located at the start of the shopping street for the locals. There's even a small Ikea a few stores down. The room had all the necessary amenities and it was quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if Potsdam is on your list. Potsdam is a really lovely and beautiful city to visit.

We had the suite: the room was spacious, bright, elegantly decorated and with large windows facing the Brandenburger Tor. Breakfast was enjoyable and served in a cozy area, I would still book it despite at walking distance from the hotel are several eating options.

The only reasonable parking option in the area is a private parking garage 50 meters from the hotel (Conti Park), the spots in the nearby streets are reserved for residents; this is understandable given the central position of the hotel.

The hotel looked lovely from the outside, and of an evening it was delightful to be able to have a drink from the hotel bar, at hotel outdoor seating in the beautiful platz. My room was extremely nice; not fancy or over the top, but clean, well maintained and extremely comfortable. I liked that by not having daily cleaning, I received tokens to exchange for sekt or beer at the bar. The location was brilliant, and walking distance to everything I needed. It was a very quick train ride to get to central Berlin, but Postdam is really lovely and worth visiting if one enjoys historical architecture and an ‘artsy village’ vibe.

I really wished they had an elevator or ramps, there were lots of stairs to get to my room, which wasn’t optimal.

The location is perfect. Remember to book parking if arriving by car because you are on the edge of a pedestrian zone with limited public parking. The room we booked was not available and we didnt have a patio. Management gave us an upgrade as a gesture. The breakfast is excellent with range and quality.

We booked a room with patio, but these were not available. The booking.com booking clearly stated 'with patio', but the hotel said there must be a problem with the listing because it isn't possible to book a room with a patio. This was frustrating, and I'm not sure if the issue was with the hotel, or with the listing.

Flawless online check-in and checkout. The location is ideal for city center walks and sightseeings. There are plenty od restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well soundproofed. Beds were comfortable, pillows soft and flat, but there is an option to get new ones. Minibar is available. The brekfasts were rich and delicious. The staff was professional and friendly.

The only missing thing was tea and coffee service in the room. However minibar was there.

Beautiful hotel and amazingly large apartment with separate AC units for each room as well as the living room. Close to Brandenburg gate and located at the start of all the shopping and dining. Very walkable.

The floors could have been cleaner. Since this is an apartment I expected they would have had more cookware. There was only a pan and two pots. No spatula, no bowls for mixing. There is a Rewe very close by to get items you need as well as groceries.

Super cute hotel in the center of Potsdam! Check-in and communication with the hotel were superb. All request and questions had been answered upfront which made the check-in a minute task. Breakfast was one of the highlights! Nothing we missed in the brought selection!

I would recommend to upgrade the beds and pillows. We slept well but the comfort is a bit behind the overall experience of the hotel. We would still choose this as first address once we are bac in the Potsdam.

Nice and clean hotel in the center of Potsdam, at walking distance of many sights and with busses and underground parking close by. Flawless on-line check-in We had a spacious and comfortable room, well soundproofed, with a fine view to Brandenburger Tor. Delicious and varied breakfast, over all good quality of food.

the hotel is not step-free. a bit of a challenge if you have heavy luggage.

Located in the very center of Potsdam. The room was clean and cosy. The breakfast was in german style. Nothing special, but it satisfied my hunger. The children liked the gummies in the reception:)

The sounds from the street. A lot of emergency with sirens, tram and the cars are not the best choise for sensitive sleepers.

Beds very hard. I think they would be too hard by most guest's standard. Really too hard to get a good night sleep, which you want and need when traveling, sight seeing, walking and navigating a lot. We requested a "topper" for the 2nd night and were very glad we did.
