The staff were nice and friendly. Upon check-in, we got a nice little welcome gift. Parking was free, and a decent breakfast for the price. Accommodated our request to have rooms next to each other. Spacious rooms, very close to metro's and also good location to some decent restaurants.

The pillow was just not comfortable enough for me, but again, that is based on my personal preference. Also it would be good to have atleast one hot option for breakfast

Close to subway station Fehrbelliner Platz, in an otherwise pretty quiet area. This hotel gives each guest their own key card. Can you believe it.

Parking is mostly reserved for residents → better come by train. The first day, we had a funky smell coming out of the faucet. This vanished after a while. Staff said, it may be due to the room being vacant for too long. No refrigerator. Being an ibis hotel, this place is rather basic (but really good enough). A while ago, a room here would have cost 50, maybe 60€/night. Not anymore.

I like breakfast, and quite room very much. people were friendly, and wireless was perfect. At the check int tie they covered our suitcases. Breakfast enterence and servers were perfect. also hotel is nearest place for the metro and the busstop.

I didnt like offering 20 euros for early check-in // If you have available rooms you can directly invite them to room because this is how we do in turkey. and all around the world general Check-In time is 14:00 - But in Germany ITs 15:00 - its a little bit disturby. but even this situations i like where we stay :) Thank you . !

the location was good, on a metro station and in a walkable distance of shop and S-Bahn. For this combination, it had a good price. Double bed actually is double bed and not just 2 twin beds next to each other. The hot water is really hot :)

the room didn't have any fridge or kettle, which isn't a luxury in these days. On the wall, there were some weird stains, whether soap or more likely human fluids. In the 2nd room, my parents stated, that their toilet smelled a little, in the crack between the 2 plastic pieces.

Bedroom and Bathroom were spacious and clean. Hotel is very close to U-Bahn. Bed Mattress was comfortable.

The pillows were extremely soft and causes neck pain. The street is loud from cars so windows must stay close. Hotel is expensive. Hotel over-charge for pet 12 EUR a night!!!

The staff was really nice, the room was cleaned every day, the location is great, since the Metro station is 2 minutes away and you can be in the centre in 30 minutes

They did not have an iron, so keep it in mind in case you need to iron your clothes

Friendly staff, nice clean and comfortable rooms. 2 metro stations are closeby to reach the centre of the city and lots of restaurants (Indian, Italian, Turkish etc.) and supermarkets closeby to choose from.

The entry to the hotel underground parking was a bit tight to manoeuvre the car but they had already informed of the same beforehand so it was completely alright

Very nice location, close to public transport. Metro station is literally 3 min away. For me it was a big plus

No major complains, little things like light constantly shimmering in the bathroom, or water not going down the drain good enough.

Value for money, friendly staff, a simple but very fine breakfast buffet, some good-value small eateries very close-by.

A little remote from the sights, but very close to the underground so travel time limited to typically 25 minutes.

Typical Ibis, which means you get all what you need for a reasonable cost. Nice area around, lots of really good indian/nepal/asian restaurants.

Quite loud from a street, but if you keep the window shut it is ok
