Staff were amazing and available 24/7. Always greet you with a smile and a hello and ready to assist. Room was a good size for a solo traveller. Quiet room. The breakfast was fresh and lots of variety. The garden outside was beautiful and a must to relax in if the weather permits. There are even little squirrels or similar to entertain you! Room cleaning staff were fantastic and very helpful Overall I had a great stay

For 7 nights, it was difficult not having my own fridge to put my own food items in My pillow was uncomfortable Also, the breakfast could add some simple and easy to digest plain breads. A toaster for the bread is also a good idea

It was close to the trains so we could walk to the hotel. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Most importantly it was so clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet so good sleeps. There was free coffee and tea in the lobby and we loved the cappuccinos. Breakfast was in a bright and cheerful place and there was a lot of choice. We enjoyed the muselai, yogurt and fruit. There was more choice than that and the staff was lovely there, too. We had our bicycles with us and they were kept in a safe underground garage. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

We walked everywhere and found that the demographic near the hotel smoked A LOT. People smoked on the street walking, standing, or sitting in groups at cafés. It was not pleasant and was down right irritating because we don’t smoke. However, it was smoke free in our hotel as far as I could tell.

The breakfast was great. Everything was homemade, organic, and tasty. Great selection of original spreads for bread buns. Hummus, beetroot and walnut, etc. Fruit vitamin shots. Homemade ginger syrup etc. Location was good. 4 mins walk from line 9 metro. 7 mins walk from a bus. Lots of restaurants close by. Bike rental was straight forward at 15 euros per day, with good comfortable bikes.

The room was very hot. And with no mosquito nets on the windows, you had to choose between being sleeping in very hot room, or getting attacked all night by mosquitos. That's the only negative point.

The location was ideal: easy access to public transportation, many restaurants and shops nearby, perfect for visiting friends who live in the neighborhood. Staff were all friendly and helpful, made us feel very much at home!

Wifi in the room was nonexistent and we use the internet for so much. I was bounced out of a business meeting repeatedly, and had to cancel zoom classes. We had to dress and go to a conference room just to check email and had no access at all to streaming music and e-books/meditation in the evenings.

Parking is there, but it is very, very tight. I had to do acrobatics to get out of the car. Recommended for thinner cars (and thinner people than me) with potential implications on the car door's paint and the neighbour's car door paint... When I arrived, the lift was broken, so I had to climb 6 floors. Next day the lift was fine, but I was still fuming...

The hotel was well renovated in a calm and nice neighbourhood. The metro was just around the corner and there was a nice park nearby as well. Breakfast was quite great, they had the most amazing homemade booster shots. There was a pretty nice garden where you could relax or have a drink. Rooms were tidy and clean.

The single room was a bit expensive for a hotel that is not in the center of the city and I feel like an air-con would be beneficial.

Very comfortable quiet and spacious room with balcony overlooking the garden. Good selection of food at breakfast - bread rolls, cheeses, hot dishes, fruit salad, etc. Quiet location but near good public transport and shops and park.

Wifi a shade on the weak side - very slow to download archival images I needed for my work. Tasteless, weak and slightly over-brewed coffee at breakfast, but have to pay extra for 'specialty' coffees such as latte or cappuccino so I didn't.

I enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to anyone. In a quiet location, helpful staff on reception, a lovely conservatory in the breakfast area with decent hot and cold breakfast options (buffet style). The accommodation was basic but well looked after, carpet was new/clean, bathrooms were exceptionally clean, bed was comfortable. Above average standard of cleanliness in my experience. Overall good value for money. I liked the honesty fridge near the reception desk, which was well stocked with ice cold water, beer, wine and coke/sprite/etc at very reasonable prices e.g. bottle of German pilsner beer was €3 (when I stayed (July 2022, this was approx USD$3, or GBP£2.50) unlike many hotels with bar fridges that over-charge, I thought this was a nice touch. The premium pilsner was really nice btw! I discovered that many e-bike and e-scooter options were available right outside, which is a perfect way to get around if the weather is nice. Half the time I relied on Uber, which had a 4-6 minute response time ands half the time I jumped on an e-bike

This is a hidden gem in leafy Wilmersdorf. Clean, comfortable accommodations and a generally friendly staff. The breakfast is definitely a cut above and includes unique homemade and very tasty offerings, such as a sweet walnut spread and a date with spices spread.

The only drawbacks for me were the internet speed and hot water. I got bumped off Zoom calls twice due to insufficient internet speed. The download speed varied wildly from okay to not okay. But it was fine for checking email. Re hot water in the morning, I had to let the water run quite a while to get a consistent stream of hot water. Once I figured that out, it was okay.

The staff was polite and friendly, the room cozy and clean. There are several underground stations within walking distance. Breakfast was great, I would definitely stay here again.

The internet connection was often very weak in the room, but I hear you're working on solving that so no complaints.
