From the wonderful reception service, the best manager, the cleanliness of the rooms, the relaxation in the spa and the delicious food in the restaurant! A mega fantastic stay! I will definitely be back!

Over all a great stay at the hotel. The front desk was always available, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and maintained well. We liked that we were close to the UBahn for ease of transport. Wellness area was good and clean. My partner also enjoyed the inhouse massage service by Daniel coupled with a reiki session - Daniel is OUTSTANDING!

The Wifi was a little slow and made it difficult to steam a video call or a movie.

Room was nice and clean. The spa facilities were great and open quite late. The buffet breakfast was decent and offered what you would expect. No kettles in the room as standard but I asked for one at reception which they gave me. Never had any issues with WiFi connection. Its conveniently right next to the underground so easy to get to from the airport and easy to move about the city. No complaints and would definitely go back.

Kettles in the room as standard with some complimentary teas/coffee sachets would have been nice, but otherwise everything was fine.

I loved the staff. Extremely friendly. Helped us check in and check out with ease. The room was also quite spacious. Loved the automated buttons. Very futuristic. I also got upgraded to a room with a balcony. No complaints there. Great views of the street below and an opportunity to soak in the landscape below. The area was just perfect. Underground station was within a couple minutes of walking from the hotel and it was very easy to link up with the major stations from there. Staff were also very helpful in making us understand the public transport system.

I should have stayed longer. Such a shame. What a beautiful place, with beautiful people at the helm.

Great location, metro station right next to the hotel, Wifi worked well, single room small but functional and clean, everyday tidying-up and changing of towels. AC worked well. Very nice bakery/cafe around the corner. Staff was friendly and polite. I did not have time to use services at the hotel, so cannot comment on those.

Some guests were keeping the whole third floor awake the last night. The staff did their best, but sleep was minimized only to few hours as a result. I would remove the pink, old and worn-out divan from the lobby for better first impression.

We did not get breakfast, we ate out. We were very impressed by the spa and fitness downstairs. Also liked how the cleaning was very agile and flexible. We could get cleaned our room even if we left the hotel middle-day, then it would still be clean, when we got back.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. If we absolutely had to mention something, then it was the location of the hotel, but it is kinda hard to just move a hotel and it wasn't really any big deal, since we needed to buy the ticket for all of Berlin anyways, so we just took the U-bahn, train or something, that was easy and only take minutes.

The staff, especially Sebastian, were so helpful and friendly. He made us feel very welcome and even upgraded our room for free! The junior suite with the balcony was great with nice views towards the western part of the city. The bathroom was a good size with a rainfall shower, and both this and the rest of the room were always spotless when cleaned. The bed was very very very comfy, and some features, such as the lighting controls, were very modern. The room itself felt lovely and inviting. The facilities at the hotel were great and we had everything you could need. When you got used to the U-bahn system, it was very easy to get to and from Kurfurstendamm from this location.

We weren't given any robes to use the spa area with, which was disappointing. I thought some aspects of the room were a little dated. It wasn't clear whether using the minibar would incur a charge. However, these are minor problems, I would certainly stay here again.

super clean room, well equipped, nice design. beautiful hotel, the staff was amazing. the location is great if you’re not looking to be in the center of everything - the train station is right next to the hotel and pretty much everything is about 15-20min ride. there's a nice coffee house and shop center about 5min walk from the hotel where you can eat, buy groceries or just take a walk there.

the king size bed was two smaller beds put together and it wasn’t so comfortable.

Had a brilliant nights sleep, the bed was extremely comfortable. I loved how the hotel is right outside a U-Bahn stop. Room was small but cozy - didn't feel cramped. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The sauna and jacuzzi facilities are extremely relaxing. Variety of all different types of guests, I felt very welcome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

While the rooms are soundproofed from other guests rooms, I do wish there was soundproofing from the hallway. I woke most nights due to guests coming home late and making a little bit of noise. But it did not ruin my stay or my night, I still managed to get a great nights sleep due to the comfort and coziness of the bed.

We loved our stay in this hotel. Check in was very smooth. Guys at reception were extremely helpful, kind, lovely and with great sense of humour. They explained everything about the hotel and the facilities. Bed was super big and comfortable. Room itself large and spacious. We haven't used the gym, but enjoyed our time in the SPA a lot. Location is perfect just near the metro and really feels safe around. Check out is at perfect 12 pm. We would be happy to return there again.
