This is our go to hotel when visiting our son in Berlin. Very comfortable and welcoming hotel, we stayed appx 2 and 1/2 weeks in total this trip and it was like a home away from home...

Actually nothing, breakfasts were great. Would have loved to get a cup of coffee in the room or the lobby when we got up but had to wait till restaurant opened, but they were super accommodating once they opened and let us take a coffee service back to our room.

This is our go to hotel when visiting our son in Berlin. It's location to public transportation makes it an ideal spot for us since the bus that serves our son's address stops just a few feet from the front of the hotel...

Actually, they do everything very nicely. They accommodated our every request and even let us check in a day earlier than we had been able to book on line.

I had a pleasant stays in the hotel, for 15 days as a female solo traveler. Their is a 50 tram right next to the hotel, very convenient to take me to the city center. The room was cozy and clean. Most importantly, the front desk staffs are very friendly and willing to help you.

Nothing, only if the price can be cheaper for the long-stay traveler. Over all, everything is great!

This is an affordable hotel about 25 minutes from the middle of Berlin. The staff is very nice and the room was clean, with comfortable beds and nice linens. Bathroom towels are soft and fluffy. Shower is fine. We didn't get the breakfast so I can't comment on that.

The only negative is the awful toilet paper. There's really no excuse for such low-quality toilet paper. ☹️

Cosy, clean room, very comfortable beds, kind staff. The hotel is located just next to a tram station making transport easy. There are also numerous supermarkets within walking distance.

There was no fridge in the room, which could have been proven useful.

Very friendly staff. Cozy and clean room and also a nice breakfast buffet. Their scrambled eggs and bircher musli is a must ;). Also, even though the hotel is a bit "off" from the center of the city you can easily take the tram to get there. If you want to fill up with snacks or buy something else you have a Lidl within a 10 min walk.

It was a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is located in front of bus stop and tram stop, it takes 30 minutes to get to the city center.the neighbourhood is calm. The staff are perfect and very helpful, they give us an early check in at 09.00 am ! It was really helpful after overnight train from paris. Will definitely come back here everytime i go to berlin. Lovely location close to public transport, super friendly staff, very clean

No cooking or food storage facilities- would have been great to have maybe a small fridge or kettle in the room

Very clean facilities and very nice staff. The room was very clean and bigger than I expected for a single room. The bed was really comfortable and the atmosphere is very quiet, so is very easy to get rest even in daylight hours.

Lack of power outlets in the bathroom.

We didn't take breafast because we had to go away early. But supermarket REWE is nearby and we got a fridge for just 15 euros.

There was no airconditioning.
