Our deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent shower. The staff were sincerely friendly and warm. The location was great with lots of cafes and restaurants within a 10 min walk. Very quiet room.

The courtyard view is a lightwell so you look out at all the other rooms . There are a few potted trees on the base of the lightwell , but it would be nicer if they made it a charming roof garden to look out at. I'm not a huge fan of the contemporary art work on the restaurant walls etc. The arty photos of women's faces, partly painted out I find creepy.

The bed was very comfortable and bathroom very clean

I enjoy enjoyed staying at this hotel despite a few drawbacks. The location was great for transport, restaurants, groceries, bars, etc. Highly recommend Prenzlauer Berg. Was a nice spacious room. The staff were very nice and hospitable. Would stay again.

Bed was not overly comfortable. No fridge in the room (I think I saw a sign that said it was available for a fee, have not seen that before.) I arrived at 1430. Was made to wait in the lobby until 1500 to check in even though the room was ready. Asked if I wanted to pay €20 to check in early (weird...?)

property was at an amazing Location - every objects of interest are a walking distance away and if you dont like walking, you can rent bikes/ scooters almost on every corner you pass. the hotel is located 2 streets before the “no emission zone” so you can freely drive to it if you dont have the permission sticker. staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. the hotel’s private garage is super safe, but make sure to check the parameters of your car or ask the hotel for them, as the garage is automated underground with platforms (so must fit on the plarform width, length and weight wise) breakfast was very delicious with Lots of options, fresh fruits, coffee/juices, sweets Oh and rooms Also have air conditioning that you can easily regulate

The staff were very helpful and provided good and clear information. The breakfast every morning was always good and fresh. Plenty of seating The staff for breakfast were very attentive and helpful-Awesome The room was cleaned daily, which was great. The room was a little smaller than I thought it was going to be. At night it was very quiet. The only negative, the bed is very uncomfortable, difficult to sleep on. It was in a great location with the train to many shops and restaurants being right across the street and just get off at the end. The same with the train, a short walk from the train stop from the airport.

Some days there wasn't any water in the gym. The bed wasn't comfortable

Nice staff in the hotel, they're very friendly and helpful. Great location: tram station in front of the hotel, train station in foot walking distance. There are multiple supermarkets and pharmacy nearby. The sound isolation in the room is decent, beds and pillows are comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean.

There is no small fridge in the room.

The staff at the Holiday Inn are exceptional, super friendly, amazingly helpful. Nothing was too much or too hard for them. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and the facilities (gym, bar) are great. We didn't have the breakfast included so can't comment on that. There is everything that you need close by and the tram is right at your door step. Again the staff made the stay superb!

The receptionist barman was exceptionally friendly and really helpfull. He made some great suggestions about local ammenities and advised how the trams worked etc. - really, really helpfull.

The location is a little way out of the centre - however the trams are easy to use and cheap. E euros and 10 minutes and you are in the centre.

The breakfast buffet was spectacular and exceeded expectations. The room was always cleaned daily and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevator was very fast too.

Our room had a fridge but we were not able to heat up leftovers because there was no access to a microwave. Have a microwave accessible to customers. Also a lunch and dinner service would help. A full laundry service would be helpful too.

Everything about our stay was good . No complaints about anything. Check in was simple and the reception staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast had all you could wish for and should please most people's preferences. Our room was clean and a sufficient size to relax in . The bathroom exceeded our expectations as it was large with a brilliant shower. The bed was very comfortable.

I can't think of anything i didn't like which is not like me .
