Very good breakfast at reasonable price. Helpful staff. Good location adjacent to public transportation. Plenty of hot water.

The rooms are pretty basic. Near and clean. Good value for the money. Met our expectations.

Half an hour from center (Brandenburger Tor) by train. Perfect. Hotel has been renovated in 2018 or so, so everything is still very new. Also it was nice that there was a water cooker available in the room and some cups to drink some tea and coffee.

I had to reserve a parking place on forehand and pay 5 euro per night more. The third night I parked at the street. I was happy that there was a parking place very close to the hotel available.

The two ladies at the reception desk were super friendly and helpful The cleaning staff also quite thoughtful as they found out I finished two rolls of toilet paper during the first cleaning time so they gave me an extra roll automatically 👍🏻 When you go out the front door, the tram station already right in front of you , there were two supermarket nearby within 500m super convenient location

There is a pub down there the hotel so it’s bit noisy during weekends

The facilities were very clean. The room looked renovated and had everything you need for a couple of days. Towels are provided, but I suggest bringing your own shower gel and shampoo because only soap was available, but it wasn't an issue for me at all. Location wise it is not too close to the city centre but you can easily reach it by travelling by S-Bahn (a stop is exactly next to the hotel) and then U-Bahn. I would recommend this hotel, and would probably come back to stay here next time I'm in Berlin.

Super efficient and easy check in process, great communication with staff, very clean and tidy; No stressful formalities or friction of any kind. The part of town is quiet and cozy, about 45 minutes from the melting pot. Loved every second at hotel Pankow!

This is not a negative comment but rather what would make my stay slightly more comfortable - Having soap and shampoo offered separately, maybe a small pack o' toothpaste and an iron. That's about it!

The woman behind the reception counter was very nice to us. We asked her how to use public transport and she ended up loaning out her public transport card so we could travel freely. The man was a bit les friendly however so that evens the score a bit.

The man working the reception (appears like the owner) was very hastily working and seemed annoyed if i asked him a question, this was also a bit awkward when checking in.

Everything was perfect, staff was very friendly, room was clean, warm, had Everything. Even a small kettle and some tea :) Huge comfy bed! :) Hotel is just in front of tram stop so very easy and convenient to travel Definitely recommend and we would come back if we will have a chance :)

It has quite thin walls, but we spent little time in a room.

Wifi connection is not very stable. Single bed is a bit small .None of the hotel's business ,i have met some noisy guests next to my room keep open and close door repeatedly to go out as they are a group of friends, the soundproofing may not good enough .

It was close to Eden Studios in Pankow where I was attending a course. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

I never like when a hotel cut cost by having cleaning of the room every second day. I have paid for staying in a hotel and want my room cleaned every day. I want the full hotel experience.

simple but clean and with VERY comfortable beds!! breakfast is good and very affordable (9 eur per person, children eat free). on-site parking is limited and comes at a charge but there is enough options in the neighborhood. speaking of, the area is nothing special but there’s a grocery store across the street and a well-stocked gas station for those after hour needs. there’s a tram stop in front of the hotel, allowing for relatively quick trips into the city.

the noisy street and no air conditioning. we went in April but in hot summer nights this may be a problem.
