Good location, in around 30 mins you get everywhere around the city. 1 hour and 15 mins from the airport. The room I stayed in was a single and sufficient for one, nice bed and nice to have a small table to work on. Clean room and cleaning service every day that stay out if you don't want to be disturbed. Didn't have breakfast so I can't say about that. Good shower with quick hot water.

Pillow is soft and not comfortable for me. I was on the first floor facing the street and it's very noisy with the window open, ok with the window closed. They provide ear plugs. The main problem for me was the absence of blinds, just fabric curtains that didn't close very well. I had a street lamp outside the window and since we're in summer it's day outside at around 4 am, so of that's a problem for you bring a sleeping mask.

I really liked my stay at the Melarose. It is in the Prezlauberg (sorry, for the spelling) and walkable to many cool and fantastic restaurants. walkable to the M4 metro station. There’s a Spati (off licence/ 7-11) about 10-20m to the left, and you get daily necessities there. The room and the bathroom itself were super clean. I was very impressed with the cleanliness. The double room was a nice comfortable size. The mattress is exceptional- I don’t think I’ve slept as comfortably in a while. (should’ve noted the brand!). The staff at the reception desk are all very nice and helpful. Thanks to the lady who let me check out late, and the gentlemen who let me store beer in the fridge and who booked my taxi!! I’ve given a 9/10 for facilities purely because there was no safe in the cupboard and no AC (and the room did get hot!) but that’s probably my own mistake. Overall I had a really nice, very comfortable and pleasant stay. Vielen dank to the staff at Hotel for making me feel welcome, for being so helpful and genuinely nice. Thank you!!

None. Except could do with an AC in the summer perhaps! My room was next to the Metro line, even then I slept like a baby simply because the mattress is of really good quality!

The property was very clean and well laid out. Shower was great, water and tea/coffee making facilities were a great addition. Hotel was easy enough to find and staff were pleasant and efficient. I requested quieter rooms for both my friend and I and we were put in the quieter part of the building and provided with earplugs

The hotel was a little further from the U-bahn than I would have preferred and was expecting, and unfortunately I found myself next to noisy neighbours who kept me awake until after 2am and woke me up in the morning

Room was comfortable to work in,, besides that moments when wi-fi worked a little bit slower. Good varieties of foor for breakfast, including good tea (which is not something common for Berlin). Location is super convenient, trams are just few steps from the doors. And windows are with good sound protection, so you don't hear the noise. Tea amenities in the room were very useful. Lot's of great restaurants nearby

No refrigerator in the room. It would be great to have it. You can't store even a bottle of water. It becomes warm due to heat in Berlin and you can't store any food in the room.

Very quiet, relaxed and clean. Location is good and close to the tram stations. Breakfast has enough options. Staff is very friendly, they helped me with extending my stay when my flight got cancelled. They also booked me a room facing the courtyard when I asked for a quiet room. I definitely would recommend and stay here again.

Everything was great. Pillow was a bit thin for me but they gave an extra one when I asked.

Traveling to visit a friend in the Weissensee area I like the proximity of the hotel to both the friend and the many restaurants or even night open shops (arrived around 1am) in the area. The tram stops near the hotel. Easy check in at night. Good quiet room. Ideal for solo and comfortable for a couple. I planned to travel with a baby, so that would be not so ideal, but still ok. Really good bf, lots of fresh and quality options, served nicely & early (7am) even on a weekend. Very happy with the stay & will stay again on my next visit.

The hotel is easy to find from Alexanderplatz. The accommodation itself is very nice, clean with plenty of storage, beds very comfortable. We didn’t use the breakfast facility as we were visiting family and eating with them. Looked good though.

Traffic noise from the main road unless the windows were closed.

Clean, comfortable hotel with calm, pleasant atmosphere. Great breakfast. Nice staff. Good location with shops & restaurants close by but not crazy busy like some areas. We arrived late at night after reception had closed, but the pre-arranged system to collect our key cards was very easy to use. We will be back next time we visit Berlin 🙂

Stayed during heatwave which meant that we needed to keep windows open, so tram/traffic noise was quite noticeable in our room at the front of hotel, but that's the price you pay for the convenience of a tram stop 2 minutes walk away.

Excellent experience. The room was very, very clean and lovely. It was much more spacious than I thought and I slept very well. The M4 stop is a block away which is just a 10 minute ride from Alexander Platz. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit family in Prenzlauer. Such a lovely experience. Thank you again!
