It’s extremely cute and charming. Even though it was hot outside, the room stayed a reasonable temperature as it’s away from the sun, has two windows that open, and included a full size fan. Room is away from street and quiet. But it’s close to a couple main streets that have interesting shops/restaurants/bars, and right outside a tram stop. A pot of coffee was always available during reception hours.

Nothing, I liked everything. A heads up that even after using the elevator, we still had to walk down a small flight of stairs (was not an issue for us but something to keep in mind.)

The room was spacious, clean and cosy with great (pop of colour) interior. The bed was very comfy! The hotel is situated in such an excellent location which is right in front of a Strassenbahn Station with a variety of restaurants and cafes nearby to choose from. Staff were really friendly and helpful too. Breakfast was mediocre (a bite of everything), considering it only costs 10€, it is however ideal for guests who are opting for convenience and quick breakfast before checking out.

The ventilator in the bathroom is fairly loud as soon as you turn on the switch. There were also hair found on the pillows and bed. The coffee from breakfast was unfortunately less than lukewarm before adding cold milk into it.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was central and easy to get to from the train station. It was also nice that the hotel was towards the back of a courtyard so it was quiet as well. The room and bathroom were clean and there was elevator access which was great for my parents who are older and difficulty walking up stairs.

The lights in the hallways turned off frequently and it would be very dark in the hallway. This was the only real issue during the stay.

Location was located perfectly of the TRAM in Berlin. Beautiful walk way towards reception. The room was cozy, and comfortable. Loved the windows and the view of the courtyard. Everything was clean. Really enjoyed that they had (2) bottles of water in the room for us, in addition to Tea and Coffee kettle. Wifi is fast and reliable. The staff was so polite and helpful. Highly recommend staying at the OLD TOWN HOTEL

The window needs to have a curtain that can cover the entire window so light can be kept out. Had difficulties with the TV constantly turning itself off saying "no program available. Breakfast is 10 Euro. Lots of breads, would recommend some fruits, and hot options.

Great location at an affordable price. The bed was very comfortable and I was very happy with my room. The breakfast was very tasty as well. The staff were very helpful! I would stay here again, and recommend it to friends.

I wish there were better outlets in the room. And I could be wrong but they might only work if the light switch for that part of the room is turned on. So at one point, I had my phone and tablet charging in the bathroom with the light on and the loud fan running.

Silent room! Nice soap. Spacious drawers. Location was excellent and easily reachable with tram with very inspiring neighborhood around it.

Air didn't change, but ot was OK to keep in er window open. Noisy bathroom ventilator. Not very flexible breakfast service (having to book on the previous day was strange, also not very adaptable to diets, although we appreciated the non-dairy products.

Our room was lovely and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Pillow was the comfiest thing I've ever put my head on! The staff all speak brilliant English, and put my German speaking skills to shame. The WiFi also worked absolutely spot-on. Location is great, the street is pretty quiet even though it's a main road. Easy to get into the centre of the city.

Nothing at all, we had a lovely stay.

Ability to cater for a gluten-free diet, including packed lunches. Breakfast was very generous. Bathroom very good - shower excellent, and everything worked. Plenty of storage space in bedroom. Staff were very courteous and helpful and all spoke English.

The approach to the hotel might be off-putting, especially to those not used to Berlin - but keep going - as soon as you get in the front door everything is fine!

Staff accommodated us for breakfast after we failed to communicate our required/desired time slot. Nice neighborhood, very close to M4 tram, good restaurants, laundromat.

Pricey for accommodations (maybe that's just Berlin?). Didn't like the requirement to communicate our desired time slot for breakfast. Understandable considering their small breakfast space and precautions, but this was unique out of 4 similar-sized hotels in Germany that took COVID precautions.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great situation, right by tram line and bus stop, 3 stops from centre of city. Would definitely stay here again.

Only very slight issue was showerhead faced outwards. Great water pressure but hard to not get water over bathroom.
