Breakfast was perfect. Local selection, fruits, pastries. Room was big and comfortable beds. Bathroom very nice, shower and bath tube etc. We're on the 7th floor with city view. Railways below no problem at all.

Not functioned any lift to garage which led to situation that people with all suitcases were using ramp instead. On TV no English program, CNN and Euronews in program list however with message that signal is too week. Receptionist gave us wrong parking card so when leaving morning we had to run once again back to reception to ask another card. Overall good hotel and recommend to stay however few things could be improved.

location, ambience, quality of design

Small children loud in the spa area/whirlpool, specially noted that they were not permitted as spa area is without swimsuits … staff did not tell them to go; check-in staff gave wrong closing time for spa, one hour earlier was the case.

The best hotel I've stayed at (although the most expensive because I'm used to staying in basic hotels and hostels on my travels). Huge room, I think they accidentally or even purposely upgraded me. Super clean, decent breakfast and nice spa facility. Great staff, nice bar on the 14th floor, try and reserve a table if you want to sit by the window. Will definitely try out there other hotels if they have them in other countries.

Nothing to add here. Other reviews here mention that the hotel is out of the way, true, but the tram and underground are a 30 second walk. But there are a couple of cheap bars really close if you don't feel like venturing into the city.

I totally loved the hotel. The entrance is wonderful, big and spacious. The room had the most comfortable bed I slept on in my life. The bathroom was also spacious, with bathtub and enormous shower. Also there's tramway station just next to the hotel which takes you directly to the city center, M5 takes you directly to the train station. I mean if I ever go back to Berlin, and I surely will, I am not looking for any other hotel. Breakfast also very diverse, service impeccable. I totally recommend

I am not sure I got a smoker's room, so I could feel the carpet smell cigarettes. Could be washed from time to time.

The breakfast was great, too good, too many options and the staff of the restaurant were too nice and friendly. The German sweets were too good. I adored our room, big bathroom and a bathtub, big shower. Too many clean towels and towel slippers. The SPA part was too good, you could find something to eat and drink. The sauna was too good and clean, I loved the spa part. The gym was too good for a hotel. The room was too big, clean, nice and beautiful. The view of the restaurant was beautiful, but the view of the bar was incredible. We saw 2 beautiful sunsets in the bar, and we loved it. There is a pharmacy, a supermarket and some restaurants around. You should know that on Sunday everywhere is closed around. If you do not want room service, you will have a small gift which was a chocolate and some coffee.

It was too close to the metro but not close to the city centre. The location was not perfect, but it was ok. It takes like 30 minutes to get to the city centre, and we should change lines which made it a little difficult.

Location Room Clean

The hotel is very good in terms of room quality, cleanliness, and location, but it is very poor in reception service. They don't care about you or your requests at all. We spent all the days without air conditioning in extremely hot weather, and we asked them several times for help, but no one responded to our requests. The worst part was that when we called reception, no one answered us at all. We called dozens of times with no response. Imagine if something happened to me while I was alone in the room and needed help; I would never find it in this hotel.

Clean comfy room, location not too far from the centre and well connected. Large lounge; several amenities are offered. Good tram connection to the town centre. The Maverick bar at the top offers great views.

Upon arrival I was given a room with a sink with a tap that was stiffly blocking the water outflow. I asked for another room and the receptionist immediately gave me one next door, which was convenient. In the second room I found a used shirt lying about. I returned it pointedly to a second receptionist, expecting at least an apology, but he simply took it from me indifferently. This is not what one expects in a four-star hotel. In the days that followed all other receptionists have been polite and efficient.

The hotel is right by the s-bahn and tram stops, making it easily accessible from the main train station. We didn’t spend much time in the area, but it seemed safe even late at night. We checked in around midnight and, without any prior notice, found ourselves in an enormous executive suite. This freaked us out at first, thinking that there must have been a mistake since we had definitely booked a regular room, but upon going downstairs and talking to a different receptionist, we learned that being the last customer of the day, we were upgraded to their only remaining room. It was an unusually pleasant surprise, and we definitely enjoyed having an extra dressing room. Way to make customers happy!

Hotel is nicely located right at a S-Bahn station (Ringbahn) - perfect for travels from the airport, major train stations, and to the center. Front desk personnel was very friendly and professional - ask for room preferences during check-in and got my room on a higher level (with a great view on the Fernsehturm). Room was nice and clean, rather big, spacious and clean bathroom. The breakfast buffet was great - always filled up with everything you need for a great start into the day. Can recommend the hotel for business and private travels.

Ask the reception for a potential alternative way to access the guest wifi (could not access it with my work computer). Front staff did not know the answer, but wanted to come back to me. Never heard from them - a little disappointing.

The hotel is theoretically quite far from city center, however, with ideal connections: 1-min walk to tram stop with direct connection to Alexanderplatz and more, 2-min walk to S-bahn train station with access to whole Berliner Ring stops. Great breakfasts with everything you can imagine ;) Sky restaurant (12-th floor) and bar (14-th floor), as well as really nice SPA and fitness center. Of course also very kind hotel Team.

The only minus for disinformation. Mobile Concierge is an extra, not really important, but advertised everywhere - not functioning. I asked reception desk for order placed 1,5h earlier as room service - "we do not know, we do not have access, do we have room service?" (?!) It was working in 2019, I remember and used, if currently not - why to advertise it everywhere in the hotel. Other a bit funny suggestions: in 792 the bathtub was not working (fortunately shower is also provided), whirlpool in SPA not active (temporary fault but sad), the TV channel list in Mobile Concierge, presumably, lost the contact with reality, but maybe as the whole Mobile Concierge app ;)
