the rooms were spacious

there’s no laundry in the hotel and the toilets were super stained and looked very dirty even if they weren’t, also they say that you can put the 2 beds together but are not functional, they get separated at night

The hotel has a restaurant a 24/7 shop a gym and overall anything u can need in one place i was very happy with my room and its close to a train transport

The room was cleaned everyday around the morning so if u wanna wake up a bit late u will hear constant tries to get in the room one day my room wasn’t cleaned because I didn’t leave in the morning furthermore the sheets weren’t changed at all in my opinion they just folded them i could still see stains that happened in my first night weren’t changed

Nicely Accessible even without going through the reception. Was “Lightsource Isolated” with which i mean if you shut off the lights it was nicely dark but you can also put on many lights in this room. Also except for people letting their doors fall shut in the corridors it was silent and pleasant to sleep without hearing the street nor your room-neighbors. Also VERY large rooms which is quite nice

My door was a bit hard to open (you had to throw yourself against it to open up) but the door of my friend worked just fine. It does get hot over night and the AC just works moderately in terms of actually cooling the room over night

Very friendly and efficient staff at the desk. Rooms were also very clean. Cleaners came at a good time in the day and were in/out quite quickly. The drinks and snacks available to buy downstairs were a smart option, especially if you came back late. There was a slight mix-up with the name on the room at the start, but the gentleman on reception rectified it nicely.

There weren't a lot of options near the hotel for good food/shops. It was quite easy to get into the centre, though, so this wasn't too bad. There was no clothes iron available to us, which we found to be odd as most hotels would have them at reception if not in the rooms

Spacious rooms for the money, close to public transport.

The air-conditioning was very poor, in spite of keeping it to the max, the air coming out of the vent was extremely mild. I spent 4 nights sweating badly. Had asked for a pedestal fan from day 1, but they were unable to provide me 1 for one or the other reason. The current air conditioning is not meant for temperatures above 20 degrees. The management should seriously think about revamping this. Except for this, I liked everything about this hotel and the overall experience was great.

Our room was on the 10th floor, which gave us a pretty good view of the surroundings. Breakfast was great. Receptionist was kind and helped with general information about public transportation and the city. Location is great, with just a few minutes to the nearest supermarket and the M5/6 tramline, which takes you directly in to the city. The hotel has a neat parking lot with plenty of spots. It's also located outside the emmisions zone. If you need to extend your parking ticket for longer, make sure to ask the receptionist beforehand.

Could have been a bit cheaper

We were wowed by the large room and beds. Breakfast was also good and restaurant was nice. They even provided an extra bed for our child without us asking and no extra costs. For this price, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Parking was effortless. Safe in room. Good pillows. Yes, no kettle/tea-coffee in room but we knew that already from other reviews, so just byo if that is important for you. Also, there is a 24-hr self-service shop for snacks/drinks at the reception area. Good selection of TV channels with a few in English on large flatscreen. Shower pressure was good and water temperature consistent. Not much to do around hotel but near tram stops with trams that take you direct to Alexanderplatz.

Hotel was under some renovation and lift area was slightly messy and smelt like reno materials, though once in room it was great. Security to our lift area in our building not great — door not locked and accessible from outside without key card. Reception area lit by cold white lights and didn’t feel welcoming. No hand soap in bathroom (but apparently we could ask at reception.)

Room was nice, clear and warm. Every day lady came and clean it. Hotel is very big and well organised, situated in East Berlin. It is around 15 minutes from city downtown - by tram or bus, and it's perfectly connected with transportation, so you can visit all areas you want in Berlin. Hotel area was calm and no crowdy, what was perfect.

There's no much cafes or restoraunts in the area if you want to grab something to eat. But there's Rewe, just one station from the hotel, so you can buy groceries for breakfast. And 2 doner kebab's.

The room is really big and comfortable. We didn't ordered a breakfast because it was 16 EUR/person, too much to pay. Cleaning is good and room is quiet, thick walls. We didn't heard anyone around. All clean and new, a lot of space. You can use tram M8 to get to the Alexanderplatz, it's about 15 minutes on a tram. Underground station is pretty far from the hotel, but still reachable for 25 minutes by walk.

Separate beds is on wheels, so when we moved the beds to sleep together, they were not fixed and moved apart.

I love the rooms I got. I specifically asked for the rooms, I change one of the room two times before I got what I wanted. I love the rooms. One of them have a refrigerator and a kitchen sink with a tap where I can fetch drinking water. To make it perfect, there was also a microwave👍👏😍

If you provide a strap to temporary tie the two beds together for couples or whoever wants to sleep together with someone else, it will be perfect.
