Well designed rooms, the furniture store concept was cool. All in all a very comfortable and easy place to stay. Also free beer/drinks after walking around in the sun all day was a treat. The staff were nice as well although it's a more modern experience where after check in you tap yourself in and out of the building using a key card.

The only issue we had is that when we were trying to check in there was no staff member present so we ended up being confused where to go and how to get anyone's attention, as the front desk isn't a front desk as such it's just a desk in the building next door.

The room was a decent size and very well furnished & styled; with storage available was more than enough for two people. The late check-in service was excellent! They messaged me a day before my arrival with detailed instructions on how to access the property. The room was clean: The bed was super comfortable and we really appreciated being provided with two pillows each and two separate duvets; the seated window sill had a great view. We mainly walked and took the bus, so the location was a good distance from the Berlin Zoo.

Fresh, new, clean. Well located, in a nice neighborhood with a lot of restaurants (mostly Asian) within walking distance to Kurfürstendamm shopping street. Well connected with public transport. New, comfy bed, nice, modern furniture, minimalistic but smart and efficient. Free of charge water, soft drink and beer in the lobby (unusual but great).  I would come again. I had no breakfast so I can not judge that.

An automatic email welcome message from the hotel comes in German only. No cabinet nor hanging options in the room (but it is told that will be changed).No electrical outlet (for PC and phone) in the lobby. But in general, not so important.

Everything was well thought (facilities, coffee/tea, hygiene products, welcoming gifts…)

Since there is no reception there was no place in the hotel to leave the luggage the day of departure (only paying options outside the hotel)

Interior design is a work of minimalist art. Free soft drinks are available in the ground floor freezer. The entrance to the hotel rooms is separate from the lobby, so it is not like a typical hotel. The internet is quite fast and stable. What I like best is that they have a window seat.

It is not a peaceful environment. The sound of construction work was bothersome for a few days. Across the street is a shared house of Asian people, so it may be noisy on the street at night.

The hotel is located in a very special building, Europe's first parking house recently converted into art centre / hotel. Kantstrasse is quiet so was my room. Ascetic interior is still fresh, bed and pillows are very good. Reception and restaurant staff takes extra mile to make you feel welcome

Signs of the main entrance could be better because the reception is hidden into an art gallery. On second thought, it is actually quite cool

Modern interior, minimalist design while maintaining functionality - which is not always the case in hotels of style like this. We found very convenient way for accessing the private parking - just provide the hotel with the plate number before arrival. Simple yet delicious breakfast, served by a kind and attentive staff. Quiet room, comfortable bed.

better marking the way from/to underground parking would be of help. No other complaints whatsoever.

The fabric of the bed sheets 😍 - I haven't experienced anything cozier than that in my life. The little details like the toiletry, soap, shampoo, all was very welcoming. The complimentary drinks in the lobby freezer is also something you don't get anywhere.

As it was already mentioned, there should be at least some handwritten sign "<- RECEPTION" since the reception is located in some weird place next door.

I love the design of the room and the amenities, shower products and complimentary food and drinks in the room. Also the little window seat was great to sit in!

The elevator is sometimes a little temperamental, and the air conditioning did not work in my room, so my room was very warm.

Great little hotel in the good location close to Charlottenburg. Small, but cozy and stylish room. We were met by the member of staff and checked in easily.

Some directions on how to exit the parking garage for guests would be helpful :) The lady at the reception simply told us we don't need a card/key to exist and I had to come back to learn that there's a cord to open the door:)
