Excellent value for money. Everything you expect from a standard city centre hotel but at a cheaper cost than most others. Check-in was super easy and quick. A lift was avalaible to carry out heavy bags to the room and the room itself was spacious, clean and equipped with a comfortable bed. The breakfast (€10 pp extra) was delicious and even included smoked salmon and eggs prepared on request.

You can only connect to the Wifi with one device per person. This could be improved.

Excellent location! Very close to the train station, right in the middle of the lovely Christmas market. The breakfast was awesome I'm so glad I listened to the reviews and bought the breakfast. Staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Very clean as well. My partner (who travels often) whom I traveled with says the beds were the cleanest she had seen in a long time.

The bed was fine. A double bed was two smaller mattresses, which seems to be standard in Europe from my travels so far, but not my personal preference. Perhaps could've used more pillows. But it wasn't that big of a problem at all - I really liked the place and will stay here again on my next trip.

Excellent location! Very clean. Even though the room was overlooking the street the window glass had sound proofing so it was quiet in the room. The hotel manager provided a small fan to keep on warm days and a water boiling kettle to keep me comfortable. Thank you.

we had a room with the parking view and it was really quiet. the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious enough. We didn’t try breakfast. The location is perfect, 3 minutes walk from the train station and in the very city centre.

The noise when someone is pulling a suitcase on the above floor is very high.

Distance from the station, clean and easy late access with the code. Wifi code and water bottle upon arrival was a nice touch. Price is good.

The street is loud but the windows isolate the sound really well. Sleeping with open windows on a Saturday was not possible.

Good location close to the train station and other travel connections. On the shopping street so very quiet at night. Breakfast is sufficient reasonably priced.

I find single duvets very uncomfortable, too small. However, this seems to be the standard in Germany. Double beds should have double duvets even for single occupancy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Could already leave my luggage ahead of check-in which was then taken up to my room when it was ready. Great breakfast buffet.

Reception closes at 22:00 which I nearly missed as there were severe public transport problems coming back from nearby town of Halle.

Friendly host, welcoming atmosphere, in the very center of Bielefeld (5 min walk from central station or from the old city), clean renovated rooms, great breakfast

We got a room next to the elevator and it was a bit loud at night. Also the bathroom needed a little renovation: crack on the mirror and on the sink. But these are really minor faults fully compensated by the other benefits.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and accommodating! I felt very welcomed and it really made my day :) The room was comfortable and I had a good stay. Everything I needed was provided for and the location is perfect for arriving late in the evening.

There was no lock for the door from the inside, it was not too much of a big deal but it would have given me more ease of mind. Not the best view facing the street, also not a big deal.

Localuzation. It is very close to central train station. Wirhin the shopping area. Good breakfast with salmon and prosciutto. Nice rooms and Nice employees.
