Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, on the last day the cleaner even found my phone charger and came down to the breakfast hall to find me and return it! The reception desk staff also had taxis on call and helped us get one quickly when we needed it. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of meats, cheeses and fish for making sandwiches. The fruit salad was also a nice plus. Coffee and juices on tap, and cereal as well. The large double room we had was probably the best in the hotel! With plenty of windows and light, and great views of the area outside and plenty of room. The single room was a bit cramped, but had the same facilities as the larger one. All rooms had AC, though at the time of year we visited it wasn't needed. Location was very good, short walking distance of a pedestrianised town centre with various places to shop and eat in the evening, and the hotel was right across the street from the Bad Godesberg underground and overground train stations. Taxi journey from Cologne airport is about 30mins

Duvet cover was a little too warm during the night, would have been good if a thinner cover was available, with a blanket if needed. The larger room had blankets in the wardrobe, but my single room did not (though I didn't require it). An extra pillow might have been useful too. Doors were a little difficult to fully, properly close from the inside - twice I came back from the bathroom to find the room door was ajar and hadn't actually closed - give it a push until you hear the click. All doors also have chains on them you can use to give piece of mind. The lift is a bit cramped, 2 or 3 people max, fewer if you have suitcases - not a lot they can do about this however

The rooms were quiet and very clean, the beds very comfortable, location was perfect (especially next to the tram station) and a few minutes walk to the Rhein and the breakfast was very good. We really as well want to call out the desk staff who were very good to us and the fact the we had a dog with us - they helped us to find a dog sitter etc. The staff was lovely.

The only small issue was a bit of smell from the drains in the bathroom.

Breakfast was excellent; great choice; dishes freshly replenished as needed. Our room was fine; clean and facilities as expected. All the staff we met were courteous and helpful, went out if their way to give us information we needed etc. location perfect for public transport, easy access to town centre and to walk to the the Rhine .

Health and safety for both guests and staff; electricians working in the entrance hall created hazards as we left and entered the hotel lobby; and were working in an unsafe way ( e g one man up a ladder, in the doorway with no one protecting the ladder, or helping us get Passed. There were loose cables left in walk ways; no warning signs or advice

Very helpful staff going out of their way in helping me out. Loved the opportunity to take breakfast away, making a very early start to the day more pleasant. Little things such as a reliable wake up call. Ideal for work, no doubt also an excellent base for a holiday (next to the station).

A comfortable, nicely decorated, thoughtfully equipped and very clean room. Helpful, friendly English speaking staff. All this together with the sensible breakfast and checkout times made a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Very convenient location just opposite the station, close to a variety of shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Small gym which opens early (at 6) which I had to myself. Kettle in the room which is quite rare in Germany.

Booked a standard double for single use but the room was very cramped. Would definitely have been too small for two. Bathroom also very small but functional.

The room was exactly right for someone travelling alone. It was well aired, and warm too in spite of the cold weather. The bed was really comfortable, and the view beautiful. The bathroom was superbly set out, and a really lovely shower with immediate hot water. I really couldn't find fault in any of it. The breakfast was simply excellent. One couldn't have wanted more, especially in COVID times. And the kitchen staff were really friendly and accommodating. The early breakfast for early departing guests was superb.

Nothing really. There was a slight fault in the drainage from the bathroom sink, but this was really minor, and the staff were immediately responsive to the problem.

Staff was very friendly. A problem at check-in (at some point we'd cancelled our stay and rebooked it for a shorter period, but the cancellation via Booking hadn't come through properly to the hotel) was handled promptly and without discussion. We were also given a larger room than we'd booked. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, and a very practical location for us (right next to the U-Bahn into Bonn and some good restaurants) are the main reasons we keep returning here.

We were there for a convention, and as a result breakfast was very busy with lots of people arriving at more or less the same time. The breakfast space is not very big, with tables quite close to each other (in Covid times especially; otherwise it wouldn't have bothered us) and staff (which were very hardworking and friendly) seemed a bit overwhelmed at times. The breakfast itself was very good!

I was lucky to meet very friendly staff. Was very hapy to the get the room with the balcony. And Sauna deserves additional good words. It exceeded my expectations - modern, clean, several different types of saunas, room to rest and a bucket you get two enter it with towels, flip-flops and bathrobe.

Breakfast choice could have bigger variaty, but is not bad.

This is almost humorous but the only deficiency is the breakfast coffee machine is set to fairly weak coffee. I wouls makd a coffee and then add an espresso But that of course is only a matter of taste Wonderful hotel with caring helpful staff
