Great location on the Rhine, fantastic breakfast, just like a fine restaurant. Easy access to Schloss Drachenburg, a definite must see. The rack railway access made it just that much more special. The town of Konigswinter is very nice and our hotel was able to recommend a great Italian restaurant for dinner. Parking was available about 100m away in a public parking area.

It was a little difficult to get to as the GPS suggested we could drive to the front door but that is not the case, you have to park about 100m away and walk in. No real problem with that, just not expected.

The breakfast is amazing, so is the staff serving the breakfast. It's vegan only but with a variety of options. I wasn't even able to taste everything they provide. They do also cater for allergies and intolerances such as soy or oats and prepare many things themselves. Just let them know in advance. Simply put -- jummy. It's a 30 min hike up to the Drachenfels and just a few minutes to either regional transport or tram.

They didn't have a walk-in shower in my room.

Very friendly welcome following a phone call to check on our ETA. Key safe contingency for arrival after reception has closed which we did not need. Good location on the main street. Parking permit - €5 for 24 hours. First class plant based breakfast complimentary sparkling water in the room. Convivial chat with the owner on check out.

Noting. It was just great for us. Some might not be comfortable with it being in a pedestrian zone but it’s literally just 50m from the road.

The hotel delivered on our expectations exactly, the location, cleanliness, comfort, and ease you expect from a high class hotel in a small scale and affordable setting. We didn’t need much from the staff as they had made sure that our needs were fulfilled even before we arrived. Couldn’t recommend anywhere else to stay in the area.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Great location if you want to visit drachenfels castle. Comfortable and clean rooms. The staff were great and let us store our bags on the checkout day until later so we didnt have to carry them up to the castle.

Nothing to complain about really! We didn't opt for the vegan breakfast but this wasnt an issue for us and is a positive if vegan is your thing!

I have been to many hotels (hotel chains as well as boutique hotels like "Das Hotel Krone"). But I have never been welcomed and treated as humanly and warmly as here, but you are also left to roe if you like to retreat. The staff is hands-on and very friendly and professional. The food is delicious and vegan and healthy. The cleanliness was fabulous. Highly recommended if you want to visit a more special hotel and don't always like the chain hotels.

Clean and nice room with a good connection to the highway. Rooms had plenty of space and a big bathroom. Parking is available nearby but not directly in front of the hotel since it is located inside the pedestrian area of Königswinter. Very friendly staff and CheckIn/CheckOut worked very smoothly!

I liked the location very much, it is a very nice place to stay near Bonn. Easy to reach with public transportation. The personal working there are very helpful and really nice. It was a pleasure.

The bathroom was small and the shower not comfortable. I was missing more space like shelves for putting all my stuff.

We enjoyed the ample and rich vegan breakfast in the lovely morning room. The food was fresh and imaginative, each dish was made with the seal of the approval of the hotel's affable owner.

We wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a small hotel right in the middle of town, with easy access to all of the shops and restaurants. The staff are super friendly and helpful. If you wish to visit the castle, there is a train just 5 mins walk away, or you can walk. We walked and it was a pleasant 1 1/2 hours through the forest right to the top view point.
