My work experience in Bonn was enhanced greatly by the experience at the Marriott Hotel - Bonn. The staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant. The room allocated was comfortable and corresponded to what I booked, with no substitution as some hotels do in the last minute. The location is perfect for a walk into the city along the river and is also close to the tram stop. Taxis are available at short notice. I enjoyed quiet sleep and a great view of the river and the meals provided at the restaurant were great.

The restaurant can benefit from a wider selection on it's menu.

The Spa area needs to be brought back to the first day's when the hotel was opened. The finish Sauna has no matt on the floor, a high risk since the floor was slippery. The left side of the sauna has no lean back wooden piece. Does not look professional. There was water all over the floors with several people slipping in the short period I was there. Very scary. The sofa between the Saunas is dirty on the top. Clearly not the standards of such a place. Am not a pro but maybe, the management could consider hiring a professional in the spa management. This could give the spa an even better standard at the level of the hotel. Overall always 10 stars!

Great location, nice gym, good saunas, tasty breakfast.

Cleaning ladies sometimes forgot to return the towels or cups. Sometimes all tables were dirty in the morning so it was hard to find a clean one and enjoy breakfast. Very hot in the rooms facing the river.

Breakfast had a very vast choice, also very good quality, and staff was extremely helpful and nice. Everyone was always available with me at each personal request, we also had a few times dinner in the bar of the hotel (ground floor) and staff was extremely friendly. Not big variety of choice but nice selection of wine and nice food for a bar.

The location was very good for my trip (next to conference centre), but it is not close to Bonn actual town centre. If you visit the town for touristic reasons, take into account that you need either a taxi (10 minutes) or the metro to reach the centre and variety of restaurants (not many close by the hotel).

Good size room. Good and comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. Friendly check in staff. Good shampoo and soap product nice smell.

No water in the room as standard. needed to call for it. Bath with shower, would prefer separate shower. Bar was a bit loud and not well planned in terms of comfort. Food service was slow. Lift lobby very busy and getting to the parking is a slow and difficult process not all lifts go to the parking.

Everything was great. We went to a concert in a venue very close to the hotel and that was the main reason we’ve decided to stay there. Breakfast was good, swimming pool was 10/10, staff was very friendly the whole time. We had a great time there.

the room was very hotel, we asked at the reception if someone could check the air conditioning, they said they would but we never heard anything back. maybe they did but there was nothing to be done, the city was really hot in on that day, and that was the biggest issue for us. The rooftop bar and restaurant were close on the day we were there, so it was a bit disappointing for us since we only stayed one night, and that was the only opportunity.

Great size room and well designed, we upgraded to one with a river view. Well designed. Great shower although the step down from the bath is a little higher than I expected, so care should be taken. We were comped breakfast for the first morning and the quality and selection provided was excellent. We foolishly opened the window when we arrived and let in hundreds of small flies. Reception sorted it quickly on request, although I’m sure our neighbours didn’t appreciate the vacuum noise at midnight. Apologies for that. Super comfortable bed and high quality linens and furnishings. Small fridge which was great and a kettle. In-room safe. Great location close to the river, about a 30 minute walk into the centre, and accessible via the train/underground.

Breakfast spread is very good and break fast starts early, which was good for early riser like me. I had a beautiful river view room with also spectacular sun rises. I recommend that those who stay here, opt for this option. Even if you spend 20 dollars extra, it is worth it. The hotel is close to the Rhine and there is a long river side walk path for kilometers either side.

The hotel has no restaurants for lunch and the only restaurant open for dinner is very expensive. There are no other close by restaurants, so it could be bit tricky.

Clean, had good Covid rules & regulations in place. Felt safe.

Some fictures in my room were loose, outdated. Limited restaurant menu, expensive.

Excellent pool, spa and gym! Free for guests. This was so welcome after a busy day~ Nice service overall. A great place to stay for a conference as the center is feet away.

Location is not near the center so only restaurants are in the hotel. It can tend to be a bit pricey.
