Large, comfy room with a mini kitchen and plenty of storage space, with good soundproofing. Reception area and hallways very well presented to high decor. Just on edge of town, but easy to walk 10 mins to centre. Very welcoming and checkout staff. Liked the feel that this used to be a place for business guests near to ex-capital city buildings.

Bathroom door didn't close, and no extractor fan. Tight space between large bed and surrounding fixtures.

Great location, just 2 minutes from the underground station. The room is very comfortable with a little kitchen. Good size wardrobe with plenty of hangers. Complimentary water, beer, tea/coffee (although wasn't replenished everyday during the second of week of stay) is a nice touch. Quiet location and a good quality wi-fi connection. Air-conditioning was also great to have during the hot summer days.

This is an apartment hotel and every day housekeeping is not expected. However, towels could have been changed twice a week instead of once a week. Also, the garbage could have been taken out and toilette rolls checked twice a week instead of once. I believe housekeeping was done twice a week when I stayed at the hotel in 2018. It is possible to get additional towels etc when one asks at the reception. However, it would have been better not to have to ask.

Beautiful large spacious room with separate desk, sofa/armchairs and dining areas and a large new spotless bathroom. The free minibar and coffee/tea facilities were great, and the coffee was particularly fine. The fridge, mini-kitchenette and mini-dishwasher were useful during my 6 days stay. The hotel is conveniently located within 15 minutes walk from the conference centre and 20 minutes from the city centre, both accessible from the beautiful promenade along the Rhine.

We stayed here for one night to be close to our friend's wedding party venue. I honestly did not have high expectations as this old hotel, but it was well maintained, the rooms were spacious, the in-room drink service and fron desk staff exceeded German hotel standards, making our stay a comfortable one.

Overall the hotel was great. The room was clean and spacious as shown. They had 2 free drinks at the mini bar in the room (bottled water and beer). Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back again.

Breakfast was good but pretty basic options for the price. I wish they had more variety.

The contents of the room, it had almost everything someone would need for a long stay. The yard, really nice to have external space.

The pillows, very uncomfortable, had to squeeze it in order to get some support. The lights of the room, they were too many and too yellow.

the room was nice, clean, pretty quite even despite to the fact that behind my window was a storage. The hotel is walking distance for a conference center. Staff is nice and friendly, prepared invoicing and dealt with all request pretty fast.

the building is a bit old so windows are not really isolate good enough. It was pretty fresh when outside was cold and windy. Pretty high rates over the weekend...

This hotel provides an excellent and diverse breakfast, with a lot of options for food and drinks. There is also plenty of space for sitting. The hotel is conveniently close to the S-Bahn connecting to Bonn Hauptbahnhof. You can also walk easily in about 12' along the Rhine to the UN Campus, or in some 30' to downtown Bonn.

There are not that many restaurants in the area, but things can be found if you walk about 15 minutes.

We liked the decorations of the hotel, which is really retro. I thought the natural juice dispenser in the lobby was nice touch :)

Furniture in the entire hotel is a bit old, but well maintained. It's a shame that the kitchen in the hotel restaurant closes so early.

Room was large and clean. Hotel a 2 min walk from metro. Nice little gym.

Additional Fold up bed was uncomfortable for an adult. Breakfast hot food was limited to bacon and eggs. Baked beans available on one of our three mornings. No toaster.
