The check in and out process can be automated making it extremely easy, comfortable beds and pillows, the restaurant breakfast is really good with wide variety of options and the staff is very helpful and provide a lot of guidance on what to do around the city.

The room was okay, but sadly not a coffee machine or kettle available. Also one day even though I had the "please don't disturb" sign outside, they came inside and did my room when I was outside working, nothing went missing but nonetheless, that shouldn't happen when you explicitly have that sign hanging out your door.

The rooms were very clean and the rooms wonderfully comfortable. There was a slight difference between what I reserved and what we were given. The Hotel Staff immediately provided us with an extra room at no charge. Their staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous! Will definitely stay there again! Perfect location if you're heading to Burg Frankenstein by the way!

The breakfast was amazing and well worth it, but we did have to wait a bit in order for a table to be opened up. Perhaps some extra tables might help, but honestly it was well worth it!

The breakfast was delicious and the rooms very big! I could sort out all my luggage easily. The window also opened wide for fresh breezes. There were tall ceilings to and a working air con. 20 mins walk to most places in Darmstadt.

There was a dog barking across the hall for two days and nights and it was sooo sad. Where were its owners?!! The staff couldn't really do anything about it, but if your sensitive to barking dogs, it is a pet friendly hotel. You can also hear thumping upstairs pretty clearly..if ya know what I mean. There is also a church right next door whose bells go off pretty early, but if you shut the windows and wear ear plugs I didnt hear it while sleeping in.

the breakfast is very nice, the place is quite, staffs are also very nice. although i told them the details of the invoice, i think iti is due to a change of the worker that they forget, but soon they fix the problem.

the thing that i dislike the most is the poor wifi connection performance. if you stay in the room, you can hardly get connected to the wifi, i can only receive a stable and strong wifi in the bathroom.

Everything..Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Easy parking and good mannered staffs

It was highlighted In description that major sports events are shown in bar which motivated my booking. But even they don't have subscriptions that show champions league (of course no fault of the staff who tried all possible options in TV)

Very spacious rooms with the biggest hotel shower I have ever seen. Very comfortable beds. Has good transport connections into the town centre. Very good choice for breakfast.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room, particularly when returning to the room after being out in the cold.

Shower tended to be cold at the busiest time in the morning - around 7.30am. Tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been good.

My room had some marks on the carpet and blinds. Some fresh paint could bring this stay up to a five star rating considering the price.
