The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was very good, right next to the central station and connections to city center and sights. The room was quite and cozy. Good value for money specially with the city tickets so you can roam around freely.

The pillows were not very comfortable, more pillows should be there as they were very flat and low. There was no kettle for making coffee or tea in the business room we stayed, it was available in Superior Room. This actually was also mentioned in the room description but seems like a very basic facility to be available for business room. Although the staff was kind enough to provide hot water at the bar.

Right next to the train station, lot of good restaurants nearby, Clean room, very good sound isolation, couldn't hear any trains. Free pass for public transportation including trains to local stations.

No slippers available (I don't like to walk barefoot on hotel floors but I survived), and I was not told they clean the room in the forth day of your stay no matter if you display the green label on your door handle (the eco-friendly thing). My room was a mess (I'm the kind of person that only cleans his house once a week and that's that), apologies to the cleaning personnel that entered my room that Thursday morning.

Very clean. Very clean. Good breakfast. Perfectly situated to access public transport and go anywhere in the city.

When I stayed there before they provided city transport tickets to all guest. From the presentation on booking.com I understood it is still the case. However, they have restricted it to guests who are members of the HRewards. It could help to revise some of the information they have posted on various websites.

Nice and spacious room, good sound proofing as the trains from the adjacent train station were not heard at all, no vibrations either. Minibar and kettle were a plus. Comfortable bed, friendly staff.

The towels could be newer and softer. The shower design is most likely faulty as there seems to be water coming out but it was not a major problem.

Clean room, room service, and facilities. Excellent location just next to the train station. We did not have breakfast, our stay was just two nights. Reception desk efficient and swift.

We are not "flat bedders". An extra pillow per bed would have been appreciated. No complaints otherwise.

Room was excellent, spacious with stylish decor and furniture. Location is superb for Darmstadt city and vicinity, ,even up to Frankfurt, it s a great location, nearby the public transport and local amenities for practical needs.

Good location next to the train, bus, tram stations. Public transport ticket included in the room rate. Breakfast excellent (especially "brezel") starts at 6 am. Friendly stuff.

Air conditioner didn't work. Would be great to have kettle, tea/coffee in the room (which is standard in many hotels).
