Small room with double bed and bunk bed, but big enough for the 1 night we spent there. Breakfast was very good for the price we paid. Very close (walking distance) to the concert hall. Front office guy was kind and check in was fast.

The bunk bed matrass was really hard, had to take painkillers to sleep. Pillows were not so nice either. Didn't bother to ask for anything since it was only 1 night, ended up sleeping on the extra duvet, made it a little more comfortable.

parking, easy check-in, good for one night stay when driving across Europe.

bedding smelling sweaty, shower cubicle not very clean, lack of kettle in the room which would be nice when you check-in late, however staff is very understanding and let you make a hot drink after restaurants opening hour.

The hotel has a good location, very close to a motorway, the bedroom was clean but a bit small. Incredible cosy beds!!!

There is no clear information about where to park. It's not obvious that the barrier opens automatically.

The Hotel extremely easy to find .... a very well done .... designed and kept very well .... impressed with the vending machines a good selection .... even cold beer first class

it was a two star hotel so i wasn't really sure what to expect but all postive.. not too many staff around but those i met were polite and helpful. hotel was very clean, breakfast was good.. .. everything i needed.. i would visit again

Perfect location if you are staying there for a Dortmund game. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

A bit confusing access system at night - we got an email with access code when the reception was closing, but not before. Sat nav (Waze) shows a warning saying the hotel is in some kind of restricted zone, but this is not the case - there is no restrictions to drive to the hotel, at least when we were going there (weekend).

Easy. Everything was prepared at the arrival, hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities are basic, but all is in good working order, we could even say as new. Breakfast was OK, with lots of (simple) snack possibilities.

Only thing which can be an issue for some is that one can hear a lot through the walls;)
