All aspects of our stay went really well. I appreciate the room wasn't disabled friendly, not a real problem. Did find the bathroom a bit of a tight squeeze getting in. Not a complaint I may add!! Felt well looked after by the staff. Good location for what we wanted to do at the exhibition hall!! Good breakfast selection.

Only a small thing. The choice of evening meal was a bit limited. Expand the menu please. And the option for decaffeinated coffee. If it was there and I didn't see it !! Better identification possibly!!

The hotel is in a great location for visiting a match at Signal Iduna Park. few minutes walk. It is also close to city center with maybe a 20 min walk. lots of restaurants around. Very good buffet breakfast. The rooms could do with an update but are comfortable. The staff make this place. always friendly and cheerful and helpful. Really excellent service and a warm and welcoming place to stay.

I had only one very thin pillow in the bed. would be nice to have a few for more comfort.

The Dorint impresses with its entrance and lobby, within this price range. The reception welcomes you as soon as you come in. The friendly and attentive staff receives you warmly. The room itself is nicely distributed. Has a nostalgic feeling to it, but not meaning in anyway wrong. Classic hotel feeling is more on it. We got the twin beds option. There is a desk with Ethernet cable connection to the internet. Made me travel back in time. There seems to be WiFi in the rooms, but we never use public accesses. The beds were too soft in my opinion, but this one is a very subjective topic. The bathroom was all right. Well spaced and all in working condition. Seemed cleaned from my point of view. There's liquid soap available as well as a basic bathroom toiletry kit. No slippers. 2 bottles of mineral water, a kettle, some tea and instant coffee supplement the room. There's also a mini fridge in case you need it. Location wise, very close to the Messe and to the Stadium, so the Dorint is probably the most ideal place to stay at when there's an event you are attending. I would definitely come here again under the same circumstances.

Everything was quite positive, as explained, but personally I found the bed too soft. The window sealings could also be improved - there's a bit of noise coming from outside, but just minimal.

Almost everyting was excellent. The rooms are big and prfectly furnished. Covinient location, comfortable beds. The staff are nice and always ready to help.

Sockets are in a very wierd way located. The air conditioner worked independently of the settings. But probably it was the problem of our room. We didn't complain as the temperature was comfortable.

Very clean and professionally presented. Staff were very helpful and friendly, as a non German speaker they were very patient our needs. Great location for our trip (travelled specifically for the football). Excellent hotel as a whole.

The beds were too soft for our liking but everything else was superb.

The hotel is in a perfect location. It is ideally situated for visiting Borussia Dortmund.

The room was clean and tidy. However, it did feel a little tired and in need of updating, particularly the bathroom.

The Property was well kept and very organised! Staff were helpful & even printed out my missing documents.

Fantastic room. Loads of space, comfortable bed. Free parking, Pet friendly. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

No kitchen or room service on Sunday despite signage in the lifts.

Rooms were big, breakfast was very good. free parking was a nice bonus.

Unfortunately most of the staff did not know any english, since there is a big convention center, that would be nice.
