Great friendly staff. Restaurant was fabulous and the breakfast had a good continental range. Rooms were clean and modern. Bathroom was a bit of a squeeze if your a larger set guy but the shower was surreal! Great location for stadium and westfallenhallen within walking distance and close to U46/45 underground

First night had some local football supports making noise. The walls are a bit thin. Needed a second pillow as one was not enough but staff provided a second one which fixed my issue.

The most outstanding thing about the place is the staff, in particular the gentleman who checked me in. He realised I'd had an awful day upgraded my room without charging me an arm and a leg without me even having to ask about it. THAT is customer service. Everyone else was also super friendly. The breakfast was great and the room was in top shape. It's especially handy, if you're going to an event in the Westfahlenhallen.

The only thing I might have to say is that I could hear a party going on in one of the function rooms two stories below my room. But I was handed earplugs, so it wasn't really an issue.

The beds were comfortable We asked for additional 3 pillows which were extra comfortable. The room and the bathroom were s good comfortable size.

I did not like the bathroom glass door. Doesn't provide enough privacy especially if you are traveling with kids; and does not block any sounds. There were no ventilation in the bathroom.

Great breakfast, comfy bed and good facilities. The staff was very nice and helpful. On site parking was available and in case it is full they also have a separate garage where you can put your car.

Thanks to the soccer fans there were some empty beer bottles scattered around the hallways which were not cleaned up right away. That was basically it for the negative part, everything else was nice.

The location is perfect. It’s just 20 minutes walk from the Hbf, 10 minutes walk to the Signal Iduna park and 20 minutes walk to the Westfalen park. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful.

The only downside was the escalation of the price on Champions league match day I visited, yet it was still one of the affordable choices to choose from.

Comfortable rooms, good location (specially if you want to visit the stadium). Nice breakfast. Good customer service! The traditional restaurant crossing the street is delicious. Would recommend!

Breakfast room was pretty crowded after a day of game. Apart from that, food was good!

Perfectly designed room for work, sleep and bathroom facilities. Yummy breakfast, kind staff. Basement bar, smart facilities (forgot swimming costume). 50 metres away from u-Bahn and 10 mins walk from football & ice hockey stadium. Best hotel I have stayed in for a Chelsea European away especially considering the price.

could have made the towels larger.

Staff was wonderful to me and my son. We arrived at 9 in the morning, and the gentleman at the reception noticed how tired we were, offering us the room (a lot) earlier. Very much appreciated.

The room did not have proper heating (didn't work well ot at all, I don'tknow), but given the context, we were very happy.

Everything went smooth. The employees where super helpful. Will come back in the future

The mattress was too soft for me and the cover was a bit too warm.

Everything seemed new and modern. Bed was comfy. Breakfast had more than enough options.

Parking muss be paid apart and is near the hotel but not at the hotel. There was no way to control the temperature of the room.
