Hotel is in a very quiet residential area in Dossemheim, close to Heidelberg. There is a tram station right outside the hotel. The hotel serves a very good breakfast, fresh ingredients and sustainable table ware with spacious area and kids friendly. Breakfast might be a bit expensive, but again it is good quality. There is a bakery nearby. Check in can be done easily on a screen after 9:30.

Not really. The light-proof curtain in the room was a bit short that it does not cover the whole window.

The hotel was very clean and modern. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the suburbs, but right by a streetcar stop that takes you into the center of the city in about 10 minutes. They explained the streetcar schedule and how to purchase tickets. When we had to change our travel plans at the last minute because my husband didn't feel well enough to fly, they extended our stay and even printed new boarding passes for our new flights. We would definitely stay here again.

A lovely breakfast buffet. Very close to the S-Bahn and there are some wonderful trails to hike up the mountainside. The room was spacious and clean.

There's a building going up just next door outside our window. We wish we'd had a room on the other side of the building to have a bit of a view. We missed some printed information in the room about the hotel facilities, breakfasts hours, reception services.

The room size and layout was great. Breakfast was perfect! It had a little bit of everything. The location was good - easy to find and lovely views from the roof! The free, safe parking was a huge factor for us as we traveled with our baby and all her gear.

The lounge did not have meal options for dinner so instead of staying in we had to go out after a day of travelling. For us, the nearby Indian restaurant was perfect! Not sure what happened, but the AC went off and the room became hot in the early morning.

I like the idea that people with dog/cats receive rooms special for people with pets. This way people with allergies would always be in rooms 100% pet free! Great idea. Price for a dog is 8€ and they are not allowed in bed, understandable...for us, not for our dogs obviously...;) rooms had no smell and were extreme clean. I mean every corner is really clean. Shower perfect, there is a soap and a hairdryer available. You can either use rain shower or a "normal one" placed lower. We've been in yellow room, standard are blue. Size of the room is perfect, not big but definitely not small! Our toddler had enough space to play. There is a balcony, very nice. View on treas, birds sounds in the morning, nice! nothing to complain about. Also coffee set with kettle, a very clean kettle. Beds very comfortable. Pity that from 2 mattresses but was not a problem for us. I do like to mention lady from the reception. Very kind and very helpful. Big plus for the underground parking! No additional cost and very convenient location right onder with rooms and lift Floor which is not a carpet, great! There are shops within 2km and petrol station. It is a quiet place although if you are keep your balcony open you might hear some tram passing but not disturbing at all. We had no breakfast here but definitely one of the best stay in Germany

The only disadvantage is that once outside temp is about 30 degrees it is pretty warm in the room. No air conditioning is a pity but during night got colder and temp was with open balcony very pleasant again.

Good location, close to tram station and small shopping facilities. Very close to Heidelberg. The rooftop terrace is awesome. Room is modern, spacious and clean. My friend got a room with view to the back and has a balcony, which is really great. Good wifi connection. Plenty of parking available. It‘s the best hotel we have in Dossenheim atm.

The room doesn‘t have AC and seems the air circulation isn‘t working well. It‘s autumn when my friend stayed there, but the room was too hot to sleep, if the window wasn‘t opened. (Another friend who stayed in Summer also complained about this.) This time the sink in the room also had a leek, so water dropped a bit when the faucet was being used. The idea with self check-in is great, but when my friend tried to check in, the machine didn‘t work. Sauna was also shut, but understandable during this pandemic situation.

We really love this hotel and stay here for the night every single time we travel for a long distance! Modern and cozy, close to the highway, but still a very quiet place. Rooms are always clean, extra beds are always provided, really nothing to complain about. Free parking in the deep garage

Very fresh and full of light. Our room was much bigger than we expected. There was also a fridge in the room which was a great help. All in all the feeling in the room and hotel in general was very good. Staff was helpful yet relaxed and there was plenty of parking space around the hotel. Tram stop was also just around the corner :)

This is a tiny thing, and didn't really bother us much. The screen ouside the hotel, where you are supposed to check in, didn't work at all. Luckily the reception let us in. But I wonder how it would have been if we arrived at night.

The staff is really nice and kind. They are always there in case you need something. The common areas are clean and the view is beautiful. The decoration of the room is quite pleasant because of the color combination. Moreover, the room is always clean.The food is good, you have many option for a breakfast. The ubication is great because it is very few steps away from the tram station.

The rooms were very clean (you know when you have a toddler who crawls everywhere and the clothes are still clean afterwards)! The location is great - right opposite the tram station.

For travelling with little kids it should be mentioned that the double bed consists of two single beds. So kids co-sleeping with their parents might fall when the beds move apart. Also, there's a milk glass window from the bathroom into the main room which brightens the room quite a bit when someone uses the bathroom at night.
