The location was very nice and it looks comfort , the breakfast very simple and very nice fresh and I love the coffee machine was amazing

I was wishing for iron and cloth washer, if those was available I wouldn’t leave the place for long term stay , cuz really i didn’t want to move out

The location is very good, right in front of a charming square, with restaurants and cafes. It is also a walk distance(around 15/20 min) from Philosophers' Way, where you can have a very nice view over the Old Town and Heidelberg's Castle. You can spend a day walking around the city and have some quiet and peace when resting in your room, it is very well isolated. The staff at the reception was very friendly and polite, gave us a map and some tips about the city. In the morning, the staff also were very friendly during breakfast.

The 2nd bed could be a little bit larger, it was a little too tight for a 14-year-old child.

This was my favourite hotel in our travels in Europe. When we arrived staff gave us complimentary parking vouchers to allow us to leave our car nearby on the street for our 3 day stay. We also received complimentary drink vouchers. Our room overlooked a pretty square with plenty of eating/drinking opportunities and a twice weekly food market. The room was spotless clean, bed comfy, and quiet area at night. Big thanks to the friendly, helpful staff

The staff were very professional but friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for access to the Old Town, shopping and Castle, it’s a one minute walk to the tram that takes two minutes to drop you off in the heart of it all. They quietest hotel we’ve stayed in on our tour of Germany. Room was comfortable, clean, complimentary drinks in the mini bar. Because we opted out of having room service we were given three vouchers to use on drinks at the bar. The window seat is a real asset to the room and has a lovely view. Everything was clean and modern. The decor was very nice with panoramic scenes of Heidelberg in glass that up at night by LED lighting, Given a free coffee at checkout. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

The hotel is ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood, lots of cafe and restaurants near by, walking distance from the town center. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a big window. The staff was great as well! We will stay here again.

The location is great. Right next to a big market place (market is on Wednesday and Saturday), Nice coffee places and restaurants directly there. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but very nice and bathroom is great. I was there for the second time and got a welcome and a good buy gift!

It would be great to have a cattle in the room. Parking can be a bit of a hassle.

The staff were really nice and helpful but most of all they cared about their costumers and their well-being. The location is perfect on the side of a little square where the locals also meet to eat and/or drink. Breakfast is good and have all that you need. We can really recommend this hotel 👍

The staff was super friendly. They explained parking and advised excellent places to eat. We could leave our luggage in the hotel during the departure day. We got complementary coffee, a bottle of water for the city trip, and a gift upon departure. Also there was chocolate in the room… A lot of extra’s for a one-night stay!
