We had a well-furnished studio (and thanks to the staff for also taking into account our request regarding the washing machine). The hotel is located very close to the main square of the city (Frauenkirche square). It was, however, very quiet at nights, just what we needed for a good sleep. Breakfasts (in a different hotel, in 3 minutes away from the Aparthotel) were good and on an appropriate level, with friendly staff. A special thanks to the Aparthotel staff for a bottle of weinschorle presented to us on one of the days for a special occasion!

The check-in was a bit tainted: we were moving in after 7pm, when the reception was already closed, and were supposed to have a PIN code to enter at the main door, but we didn't know about it and it was not available in any of the booking details or confirmation emails. We did sort things out rather quickly, however, by calling the contact number (but it still cost us a couple of minutes standing in the rain).

The room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable and exceptionally quiet, despite facing the street. Shower was very good with plenty of hot water. We had a studio room with a small kitchen which had just enough for the two of us to make breakfast, there is a delightful bakery very nearby so used that most of the time. We had planned to make dinner in the kitchen but there was such a variety of different restaurants nearby that in the end we didn't bother to cook. The location of this accommodation in the old town is what makes it special. The welcome on arrival was particularly pleasant and we found all of the staff on duty very helpful during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The Wi-Fi was a bit intermittent but we managed with it.

The location, between the Dresden Castle and the Frauenkirche, is very convenient, so you can walk anywhere. The staff were very very friendly, they even sold me a reduced ticket for the tourist bus and extended it for three days for the same price. Having kitchen facilities in the room is very convenient so you feel like you live there, not that you're just a guest. No doubt that I will return to this hotel when I come back to Dresden.

Since it's a very centric hotel and I was housed on the first floor, on weekend nights there was a little bit noise coming from the street, but it was off before midnight. I could sleep with no trouble.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old city of Dresden making its location perfect, the Frauenkirche is just around the corner and the Dresden Zwinger is just 5 minutes on foot. The apartment was clean and the staff was helpful, we had problem with the WLAN and they offered a special Cube WLAN which solved the issue

Generally nothing but I would like to mention that despite having coffee machine in the apartment, you have to buy filter coffee by yourself since they say that they are not allowed to put 'food' in the apartment according to German law, this is a bit inconvenient for travellers.

My room was huge and quiet - not fancy, but had everything I could possibly want… a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and every thing I could need in a kitchen. The bathroom even had a washing machine in it. The beds were super comfortable. It was all very clean. They thought about everything a traveler might need. And the location can’t be beaten -in the heart of the old town - a stone’s throw to the Frauenkirche and big square with great restaurants. I loved this place so much I ended up staying 3 days rather than one, and exploring the area around Dresden as well and getting a ticket to the opera. I highly recommend staying here. The guy at the front desk was super nice and helpful and even gave me washing powder for the washing machine!

Only thing I didn’t know, is that they don’t make your beds unless you stay 5 days. But not a big deal really.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay in one of the apartments: the proximity to sightseeing highlights of Dresden, our cosy apartment with very nice design, the view, comfy beds. Everything was very clean and new. It was also quite to sleep at night, which was very important to us. Supermarkets and shopping centers are within easy reach. The building is equipped with an elevator and a roof terrace. Last but not least, many thanks to hospitality and friendliness of the hosts! We would definitely come back to this place during our next visit to Dresden!

We met NY 2023 with my family in this hotel, so the central location close to the main square and restaurants was a big plus. Good and secure private underground parking. Our room was big enough (even bigger than we usually need). All the kitchen facilities that you usually need also were OK. Friendly staff that answered some additional answers not related to the hotel.

We had such an experience the first time - that breakfast isn't in the same building, but you need to go to another hotel/building in the morning (about 5-6 minutes walking distance) :) The Wi-Fi connection wasn't good enough.

Aparthotels have four apartment buildings in Dresden. They are serviced apartments, with no on site staff after hours. Reception is in the souvenir shop on the ground floor of the building. Receptionist was very helpful. Apartment itself very comfortable, very clean, modern. Ours had a small kitchen with everything needed to cook simple meals. It had a dishwasher and ours had a washing machine. Location fantastic, in the centre literally a few minutes walk to everything but quiet at night.

Everything was fine

The location is so central. You have lot of choices for food and shops. If you come during Christmas market time, it is about 1 minute walk from the hotel. It is very close to an awesome transportation museum and a few mins from Frauenkirche. The view from the room was awesome overlooking the old town square. Parking is €25 per night but it is very convenient because it is right under the hotel itself so you can just park and load everything from your car into the lift then to your room. The room is so specious with kitchenette and dining table.

I don’t think we dislike anything at all. This is a perfect stay.

Located in very heart of Dresden, just steps from all the most famous sights. Large room with high ceilings and windows. Little kitchenette was perfect for morning coffee, snacking and even a meal. Coincidentally I had just seen a museum exhibit in Berlin on socialist design trends before collapse of Iron Curtain. This place looks like height of DDR fashion, which was kind of interesting.

Room looked and felt very beige; time for some brightening and freshening.
