Absolutely loved, the location of the hotel, as it was easily possible to explore Old town and enjoy all what it could show. Also enjoyed, that we got rooms close to each other, as we have asked during the booking. Rooms were nice, big and clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfasts were also good- it was possible to choose what you'd like to eat and the best part was, that even when we came pretty late to the breakfast, all plates were still full and we didn't have a feeling, that if you're late, then leftovers are your breakfast (as sometimes happen in other hotels). In case you love teas, there is plenty to choose from, which also was a pleasant surprise for me :)

Nothing to mention, everything was really nice.

the staff were so friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us. It was the first time staying in a hotel with our 1 year old dog. They even supplied a dog bed, food trays and a dogs toy and said good morning to Finn (our dog) every morning. The location is excellent, 2 minutes to everything you need and the rooms were very nice, modern and with very comfortable beds. Highly recommend and will stop here again when visiting Dresden!

I booked this hotel for a group and we were all very pleased. The staff helped me with many things: printing, calling taxis when needed, and easy access to rooms. Rooms were a good size and what I booked is what we got (with a group, this doesn’t always happen). Location was very good - a couple of blocks from a tram stop if needed, very close to the old town sights, but only about an easy 10 minute walk to the train station. WiFi was excellent and the breakfast room was plenty large enough, with a good selection.

I needed quite a few rooms and was unable to book direct (they said they had no availability) so I had to make 2 separate bookings via booking.com. Not really a problem but seemed a bit odd. But being here was absolutely the right choice for us.

The hotel is one of the costliest in Dresden. We did not take the Breakfast option as it was super expensive , so there are startbuck , McD , KFC and other restaurants just in a minute walk from hotel The hotel is a premium one . so the comfort was good. There is an option to take BAR vouchers if you want to skip the room cleaning for the day , so can untilize it JUST get a coffee , a beer or a cold drink and no HARD drink options with the voucher The hotel has a small shop at the lobby , to self buy few basic items water , drink , electronic , sanitary pads etc. The hotel is in walking distance of majority of the toursit places in dresden. My kid liked the place as there was sufficient walking and play space in the room we got and luckily with a early checkin. Guest with Kids can find a big play area about 10 min walk from the hotel , so i could take my kid there to play a bit. Appreciate the hotel bar person to provide the much need milk from the coffee machine for my kids for the duration of my stay. That helped a lot.

Costlier place , but value for money. would apprecaite if the rooms are well maintained with no drag marks of chair on the room floor.

Rooms comfortable, with most of the facilities you would expect. We had both air-conditioning and windows that opened, giving a welcome choice. Staff super friendly and helpful. Very generous check out time was helpful for us (12.00). Location couldn't be bettered, right in the middle of the old town with all the sights very near, 15 minutes walk on pedestrian walkways from the main station.

Breakfast expensive, we ate elsewhere. Asked for a city view, which we had, but of the building a few metres opposite (first stay). On second occasion, had view of church, which was lovely. No minibar, though we had a fridge.

The property is well-located within easy walking distance to historic Altstadt. There are also tram lines a block away. The building is modern and felt very clean. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping brought me some firmer pillow upon request. There was free water available in the lobby in the afternoon, along with some treats.

The room air conditioning does not cool the room as cold as most Americans would like. The hotel electrician came to check on the A/C and measured that the outlet was at 15 degrees C, yet the room never felt cold. I think this has to do with the blower. The hotel does not have portable fans available to loan. There is a frosted glass window between the shower/bath and the bedroom. So, it felt like I was on display when taking a shower.

The family room was bigger than expected, clean and lovely. It was nice that our room was on the same floor as the SPA area. The Hotel is in the very central area and has comfortable parking for an additional fee.

The SPA area was common for men and women, but it was weird that guests were not covering themselves in the sauna. Maybe it is a German thing :) The lounge area was quiet and lovely. Breakfast was O.K., but we missed a bigger assortment of fruit and vegetables. Compared with Belgium NH, it was disappointing because we follow our diets.

Overall this hotel is a very good option for a short stay in Dresden. Thanks to its central location it's quite convenient to reach many of the city sights as well as the train station on foot. The area is very nice - there are many lovely historical buildings nearby, shopping streets and a variety of dining options with all sorts of cuisine. Be prepared for a pretty loud church bell though :) The hotel is pet friendly - we stayed with a small dog and didn't experience any issues, I think they can even offer you a special bed for your pet, but we didn't require one. The extra cleaning fee for the pet is a standard one. The breakfast was decent, the staff quite friendly and helped us nicely with a temporary luggage storage. A welcome bottle of water in the room and sweets in the lobby area were a nice touch. If you choose to skip the daily room cleaning, they offer you some vouchers to exchange for a drink (valid for May 2023). The hotel has a small gym with free access where besides standard exercise machines you can find a couple of yoga mats and fit balls, but for yoga/pilates activity it looked like there's enough room only for one person (at least indoors).

You can feel that the hotel is not new, and the room unfortunately wasn't spotless clean, but nothing super critical to complain about. I would highly recommend improving the quality of coffee at breakfast.

Big room, clean, very big bed, excellent location. The hotel is also very well prepared for little kids (cot + trashcan for diapers + even a little present box with creams, a hairbrush and a duck shaped sponge; at breakfast our little one got a coloring book and they have a set of plastic bowl + cup + plate + cutlery for kids to use). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The 24h self check out shop next to the reception is also a big plus (snacks, drinks but even some travelling essentials in case you forgot)

The restaurant has a very limited menu. We ordered the arrabbiata pasta and it was very average. The quality of the food unfortunately did not fit the standing of the hotel in my opinion. Breakfast was good, there was a lot of choice, but we had even more choice in another hotel in Dresden that was in the same price category so it is hard not to compare them both.

In the center of Dresden, close to everything. Nicely equipped rooms, minibar without drinks but with a possibility to put drinks there. Also the Kettle and Nespresso machine were a big plus for those who do not want to pay for the expensive breakfast. Possibility to park in the garage under the hotel Beautiful view at the church.

There was public hair in the room. Quite expensive extras (parking, breakfast) We had some stomping neighbors, it was quite annoying. On the other hand the church’s bell was not so noisy, it did not disturb us at all (as some guests). The glass between bathroom (the tube) and the room without any privacy. I do not understand why the hotel installed them in rooms. To stalk your room mate in the bathroom? :)
