The hotel is in a great location, situated halfway between the main train station and the historic centre. It was very quiet as we came just after all the Christmas markets had finished. The rooms were clean and comfortable with hairdryer, tea and coffee and a safety box.

There is no fan extractor in the bathroom. We had coffee sachets in the room when we arrived but for the rest of our 4 night stay it didn't get replenished. I had to go to the reception to get some every day. It seems that's expected as they keep a stash at the back. Another point was that I had an eye infection and my pillow got rather stained in the morning but the pillow case was not changed. I think that's rather odd.

Very nice and very quiet hotel. Easy and quick walking access to the center. Shopping center and restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Room a little small for those with a large suitcase. The information about the car park states "no reservation required" and should say "no reservation possible". The first one is misleading and we are led to think that there are so many places that it is not necessary to reserve. On the contrary, we had to look for a park nearby. Luckily there are 3 across the street.

Very convenient location for walking around to/from the old town and the main train station. The location is in the center of everything; lots of restaurants and shops. Underground private parking at a reasonable price. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable room. Helpful and friendly staff.

No free coffee, hot drinking water, and fridge in the room - must buy from the bar for 3 euros

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and well equipped (good table suitable for laptop use, enough places to hang cloth, good bathroom). The whole hotel is well designed and feels very modern.

My only minor complaints: No fridge in the room (no minibar) - would have liked to keep some food refrigerated.

The hotel has great location - close to the old center, the room was clean, comfortable, and tehre were also AC, big windows, with thick curtains. The bathroom was very clean, there were a lot of space for all needs. The staff at the reception were very nice and helpful.

The beds were a little too soft for my taste, but otherwise everything was perfect

The location is really central. Close to the sight seeing place and also many restaurants and groceries…all just in walking distance. The room is also nice….clean and comfy.

We are just unlucky that during our stay, some of the service person are sick so our room will not be clean on that time. But it is okay, hope they are well again

Well positioned, close to a number of shopping precincts. Very clean and modern facilities.

Access to a small bar fridge in the room to keep some food cold would have been great, but we also knew when booking that this was not a facility offered.

Location of the hotel is great. It is on the border of the city center where everything is accessible by foot.

Although I requested a parking place for my car, the hotel garage was full, so I need to park in a shopping mall across the street. There is a huge garage with a lot of space so this was not problem at all.

The hotel is very classy, very clean, offering coffee-making machine, placed in the centre of the city, with a parking of its own and with a huge parking place over the street at a very reasonable price (10 Eur/ 24 h.)

A small refrigerator for cool drinks in the hot season would do fine.

The location is great, you can basically walk around the oldtown easily. We stayed here as a couple and found it very comfortable and clean. Staff is also kind and helpful. We would stay here again if we are ever in Dresden
