Beautiful luxury heritage property. Rooms had high ceilings, classic furniture, and extremely spacious living spaces. Staff helped to get the room ready for our young kids, providing us with a potty and kids shampoo, lotion and body wash from Sebamed, and even a rubber ducky! Meals at the restaurant were outstanding. Dinner at the cafe was delicious (with a kids menu too!), and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had - plenty of options and high quality, gourmet standard offerings. All the staff we had the pleasure to deal with during our stay were courteous, helpful and friendly. The hotel is pricey, but honestly great value and well worth a splurge. We will definitely return for a stay here when we visit Dresden again.

Nothing, it's perfect!

Although check in was advertised for 3pm we were able to check in on arrival at midday which was a big bonus. We had a great room with a wonderful view over the Semper Palace. Facilities in the room were first class, water was hot, bath was huge and toiletries provided were useful.

A slight downside was that the trams ran outside the hotel and since our room faced the front (great view) trams started running at 5.30 which woke me up but since beds were super comfortable , I fell back to sleep.

Room was light and spacious with a big bathroom. The location was perfect with all the local attractions very close. Great selection of restaurants and bars around the hotel.

The room we had was on the first floor and overlooked a side street, every morning trucks would arrive and unload supplies for the hotel and this was very noisy. Wifi connection was would not work in our room and only worked when I was in the common areas.

We really enjoyed our time in your Hotel! The Hotel is like a museum-gallery in one. We felt the spirit of Dresden. We satisfied with the work of the staff. We felt like at home! Special thanks to the employee Ivan in the Hotel restaurant’s !

The hotel has long corridors and several elevators. we think that there are not enough signs about elevators. which elevators to the restaurant and which elevators to the reception

I am deaf to high frequency sound . This made it impossible for me to hear the beep sounds made by the room safe so I could not reliably open and close the safe . The in room coffee machine was supposed to make normal or expresso but in fact only made expresso .

Wonderfully spacious and brilliantly located, our suite was fabulous and the staff exceptionally kind and welcoming. The range of restaurants and cafes within the building is extraordinary but the fish restaurant truly superb.

Service was above any standard (good English skills). Food was very good! Checkin Procedure smooth, and Spa was exceptional!

Well, toothbrush should be a luxury standard for a 5 star hotel. Thats the details to become above luxury. Not sure if it was a miscommunication or a language barrier (not a big deal), but spa booking was reconfirmed multiple times. However Facilities and Massage very good.

Great location Incredible Hotel with a wellness /swimming pool absolutely unique.

They promote a marketing approach consisting of "lastminute room upgrade offer". Principle is great but potential impact is not clearly explained (you book a room with view, you upgrade, you receive a room (bigger) but under the roof at the back of the hotel.

This hotel is a bucket list item - it was great to have gotten the option closer to my stay to upgrade at a very reasonable price. The indoor pool in the spa is super! The staff are friendly. The hotel is beautiful and so well located in terms of the attractions in the old town. The hotel has restaurants in the building but many others close by too.

The only negative point was the fact that there is indeed too little storage space in the bathroom for putting your personal items. Style before functionality.
