A very large and well appointed almost new appartment with everything we needed for a two-night stay. It was located just to the north of the reconstructed historical centre and opposite the Zwinger Palace and its garden. There was nowhere in the immediate vicinity for breakfast, but there were several good places a short walk away. The same applied to restaurants for lunch and dinner.

We had real trouble getting what was quite a small and feeble-looking plastic key to work, which was unfortunate since we arrived after the office had closed and had to collect it from a lock box. Once we'd got the hang of it, we were fine, but we felt seriously panicked at first.

We get much enjoyed our stay! The location was great! The apartment was very large and comfortable for two couples. It included all you could need for a long trip to Europe, including a washer/dryer and a balcony. We were surprised to discover a sauna in the apartment, which we did not use. We highly recommend, with the one caveat - the apartment does not have air-conditioning, which would be a concern during hot summer days.

There is no air-conditioning. It was not a huge issue during our stay and the staff brought us a fan. But, it is something to be aware of.

Room and all amenities were fantastic. Cannot praise it enough, but it was exactly as pictures showed, location was great, and just overall very well kept apartments. Would recommend again

The key system is a bit weird but it works. The keys look to be plastic dongles but it's not clear if there's some additional authentication or something, but it's not like a traditional key. Keycards or keypads would be much appreciated, but it was functional and worked well. Similarly, lack of staff on weekend was a bit unpleasant for checkin, but the instructions were pretty good. Pictures in email would help reduce the confusion, but in essence if you check in after 18:00, you will get an email with a lockbox code, the boxes are at the entrance to the Reception area. The process is not hard, but it was my first time in Dresden and this was just a little nervous, and pictures would have helped.

Everything about this place was amazing! The size of the apartment blew us away! The rooms were all big, not to mention the massive walk in closet and sauna in the master bathroom as an added bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some home cooked meals. The pull down bed in the living room was very comfortable and it was nice to have a second full bathroom, with a washer and dryer. The location was terrific, a short walk to two grocery stores, a few minutes to the town center with amazing restaurants and so many things to explore and right by a tram stop. The parking situation was so easy and convenient, even for our large SUV. We are looking forward to staying here again! Loved it!

Family of 5 adults and one 17 year old. Very modern 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment with HUGE master suite. No wear or tear evident. Convenient location & access to metro. Apartment was clean, full of built-in storage all over and kitchen fit out adequate. Only used the coffee maker and refrigerator.

There is no air conditioning. We were provided with three portable fans. Apartment was kept quite warm with the central heating system.

We got un excelent upgrade in building C, modern flat overlooking a beautiful garden and children play ground. Location is fantastic just cross road to Zwinger palaces. Save garage with an easy acce

Spacious full of light appartment with two bedroom and two bathroom should have toster and small mixer...more kitchen paper and plastic bags for garbage selection. Beds are comfy but pillows of bad shape and quality...

Excellent location. Kitchen with utensil were very convenient (given that most restaurants and supermarkets were closed during Christmas).

Would be better if the pillows were a bit higher/firmer (or have a few pillows in the wardrobe for us to choose from / double up) The curtain outside the window would hit the glass when it’s windy and this may produce noise.

These apartments are amazing-- they far exceeded my expectations. The apartment was huge, brand new, spotless, had a balcony, sauna, huge tub, two bathrooms, a walk-in closet, full-size fridge, stove, microwave, table to seat six. The design is minimalist, clean, and modern. 2 minute walk from two supermarkets, five minutes to the opera house and other shopping.

The check-out process was a little confusing-- that could be clearer. And the key for the apartment is incredibly difficult to turn in the lock. It literally took all the strength I had-- It thought I was going to break the key.

In one word - everything! Place was exceptional, like a 5 star hotel! Master bathroom has sauna and jacuzzi so we had our special private spa in the master bedroom. Perfect! Apartment is across the main Dresden atraction - Zwinger! New building, with nice underground parking. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpfull.

Our apartment was so big, clean, very trendy. Two bathrooms, the second is so big and it had a jacuzzi and a sauna. Good size kitchen with all the utensils and pots and pans. Nice little balcony to sit out on the warm nights. Also has a washer /dryer. Which was great for us. Location is great close to the old town side , but walking distance for restaurants and shops.

Only thing was wifi not so good
