I have stayed in this wonderful hotel 3 times and i wouldn't stay anywhere else in Dusseldorf. Its close to the Aldstadt and River Rhine . The hotel has been renovated and is perfect. The rooms are very comfortable spacious and modern with a great Shower system. I had a room with climate control as did my friends and we enjoyed free hot drinks and croissants each morning. Mario and his wife are so lovely and will assist you in any way they can to make your stay as good as it can possibly be. I left my key in my room one evening and even though it was late Mario was at hand to get me back into my room. He really is a wonderful man and made a real difference to our stay once again. There is secure parking which is secluded off street and i honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else when i visit Dusseldorf.

The room is not only modern but also spotless clean. As a 3-star it offers all the necessary facilities and even more- for example a microwave and a fridge. The design of interior is stylish and neat. The bed is very comfortable, and the shower is spacious and well-maintained. Check-in was extremely easy and fast. We didn’t expect any breakfast but there was fresh croissant and coffee offered, which was a nice surprise.

The room is facing the street so if we want to have ventilation with windows open, every sound from the street comes straight into the room. However the insulation of the window is very good, so if fresh air is not needed, with windows shut the room is definitely noise-free.

This hotel was exceptional. We had read the good reviews and it did not disappoint. The hotel is situated close to the underground and main train station. You are only a few minutes from the old town so it is perfectly situated. We arrived on a bitterly cold morning and the room was so very lovely and cosy warm at all times. The hotel was renovated a few years ago and is very stylishly presented. The beds are very comfy with plenty of pillows and the water was always hot for showers. We also had a fridge and microwave in our room which was a real bonus. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room had everything that you could possibly need. The coffee and croissants in the morning were also a lovely touch and a welcome bonus. I honestly couldn't fault a single thing. Would I spend another 4 nights there? Absolutely!!!! Can't wait to go back next year.

The receptionist was very helpful, the fact that there was a secured parking option right opposite on the street, close to the city center, modern and squeaky clean, and also offered breakfast that for us was just right. The bed was very comfy.

Just some details that are not essential - the sliding doors were a bit awkward compared to the modernity of the flat, the bathroom window couldn't be covered and there was a chance to be seen while having a shower, and the lights were very strong. But these are minor details, and for us wouldn't change the decision to come back when coming to Düsseldorf. Many thanks!

Everything - very easy to check in - Car park convenient - extremely clean and really nicely decorated - Staff were great and the complimentary croissant and coffee was a really nice touch - I stay in a lot of hotels for work and rarely return to the same ones due to one reason or another but this is definitely one I would return to and would forward to returning to - Lovely choice of restaurant within a easy walk along with supermarkets etc - Room itself even though at front of building was extremely quiet

Having not conducted much research prior to my stay in Dusseldorf, I was so thrilled to discover what an excellent location this hotel is in. As a solo female traveller I always felt safe in the area which is leafy and mostly residential. It is also within short walking distance to many streets filled with independent shops, cafes and restaurants. The closest train/tram is just five minutes walk and the train to/from the airport is an easy 10-15 minute walk. There are a number of supermarkets too. The hotel itself was very clean and of an excellent standard with modern decor. Very quiet and great wifi and superb water pressure in shower. Bottled water is provided however be mindful there no minifridge. Staff were very helpful and nice.

The only things I'd improve would be to add additional pillows as there was just one. The mattress was too soft for my comfort but I got used to it!

Hotel is in a good location for reaching the city and local rail stations. The room was well laid out and furnished nicely. Staff were great with everyone being friendly and knowledgeable.

Not much to really complain about. The lift stops at the 3rd floor on the way down everytime for no apparent reason and I struggle with the overly large/soft pillows but that is just a German thing!

The best value for the money in this city. Not the cheapest one, but it has very nice, cozy, warm, stylish and what not rooms. The staff is there only until midday, afterwards they're available by phone. Room service, spare towels, toiletries, hair dryer, modern smart tv (supporting screen casting from a phone or pc, for example) etc. Super thought-through design, very comfortable to live in. Machine-made coffee (and some simple tea) are available in the morning for free, together with croissants. NB: The best restaurant nearby we've found is Le Gourmet.

Small oldish elevator. A hole in the bathroom door - as the rolling door itself in a whole (not comfortable to use, not sound-proof).

Modern hotel with nicely furnished room with all the essentials (including fridge and microwave, desk and a fairly large wardrobe.) Good bed. Most pleasant shower. Everything very clean and the hotel is well located.

In the evenings, no one is present at the reception, and one has to call the number posted on the door if e.g. one wants to check in. One is then helped very well, though. Breakfast is limited and consists of hot drinks and (delicious!) croissants. This is obviously not a problem, but might be good to know.

We arrived quite late and it was so easy to check in and get into our room. The room was great and the bed comfortable. Big plus that although no breakfast served, in the morning you can find at the lobby fresh croissants and coffee! There is closed parking space for cars, price is fair as well. Extra plus, at Saint Nicholas day we found Saint Nicholas chocolates outside our room, so big thanks for your hospitality!
