The hotel is well located near the city centre. The room was white and clean in contrast with lobby and corridors that are mainly decorated in black. Interesting design of public areas. Self check-in and check-out. Boiling water tap, tea and instant coffee are available in a separate room on the floor (there is also a vending machine with cold drinks) and Nespresso - in the room. Good breakfast with a variety of cold dishes options (soft and hard-boiled eggs are the only hot dishes), except tea and coffeev .

The pillows are lumpy and hard. Until late it is noisy on the street near the bar and the doors also close with a bang, which interferes at night.

- unexpected problem with hot water in the morning, when you have less time it’s very uncomfortable to wait. - evening time staff with a sour expression and looked tired always. Just 2 persons was friendly – boy at the bar and hostess girl - because of exhibition days the rooms prices was very high. Even in case if you book the room in 6 month before arriving.

The location is absolutely perfect - tucked away from the bustling central streets of Dusseldorf,but a swift 10 minutes walk from the shopping area and next to many good restaurants.The cozy and chic lobby/bar is very inviting,with a pool table and a mini fusball table.The staff is great and the free drink in exchange for declining maid service is such a good idea.

If you’re not travelling with people you are very close with,the bathroom set-up will be awkward and uncomfortable as it provides almost no privacy.Otherwise the room is comfortable and well thought out despite being on the small side.

The room was lovely… a bit strange with the shower next to the bed… but everything was very comfortable and clean. loved the little speaker in the room and electronic shutters were great. Nice decor and breakfast looked great although I didn’t have it. very easy check in and check out and easy to walk everywhere.

Only on the Saturday, my room (116) was pretty noisy. Maybe it’s too close to a club. Finished about 4 in the morning… had to put some background sea noises on to drown out the thud… reminded me of home and soon dropped off again. This was the only negative… rest is great and I would recommend you stay here.

The hotel has a great vibe, very modern, trendy, a little “hipster-ish” (but not in a bad way) but still has a little coziness to it. it is located is in the most perfect location to visit Düsseldorf, in the Centre of everything and you get to all the sites including the Aldstadt or the main train station (hbf) all within 15 mins. Very close to the high-end main shopping area and several grocery stores are just right around the corner. The staff are friendly and amazing!

The ice machine was not in service (has not be re-opened since COVID). But it was no big deal and I didn’t mind. Just a minor inconvenience.

Great location! approximately 10’ from the main station, this will definitely be my first choice staying in Düsseldorf. Also even though the room is rather small, it is so well thought out! I’m seriously impressed and love it! It’s like one easy motion/routine, I really love it if a hotel/restaurant/whatever really, puts effort in something like that!! Anyway, two small little things: I personally like my room pretty warm (~23/24°C) and I had the feeling that when I put the regulator to the highest it didn’t do (much?) but that could be completely my own fault because I just didn’t get it. Oh also the floor was rather cold. Secondly, about the shower; it’s possible to open it two ways- which is great, but if I pull from outside to get in the shower, where am I supposed to put the towel for the floor because if I put to the door I push it away if I get out🥲 but it also has to be there, because otherwise the floor of the room before the shower will be wet. Only real solution: push to get in and pull to get out, it can be a bit tight though- depends on the person. BUT the shower itself is great though! Two different shower gels, shampoo and conditioner!! And they all smell great!! Also the soap and the lotion! Also have I talked about the lights yet? Because wow!

The location is great, really close to the main shopping street. We went in December to enjoy the Christmas Markets and were within walking distance from everything, so was really good.

The room is nice, and the bathroom with the shower with glasses where you can see from the bedroom is cool, but I found it quite of a "cold place", it's not the kind of hotel where you feel comfortable and cozy. Definitely, I would suggest changing the pillows, we had 2 super high pillows, that I couldn't use at all, and the other day I woke up full of pain in my neck and body. The check-in was supposed to be fast because they have 3 screens you can use, but it wasn't the case, because the keys weren't being printed. We had a problem if the keys, which didn't work 2 times, and we had to go back to reception so they could fix it, we also saw this happening with 2 other people.

I really liked the 2 bedroom covers; comfy to sleep. Great breafast, nice staff, clean.

It was not clear if there was a parking offer in the hotel. We had already payed one outside when we noticed that there was. No idea if it was included in the price of the room. Also, i did not received my receipt. i had to call, and write an email to get it. However I had asked it in person at the desk, but they said it was being sent (it was not). Large shower room: I found it was missing a chair to put my clothes to change in the shower room.

We've chosen the hotel for a weekend getaway to visit the christmas markets and for that it was perfect. Close enough to walk everywhere yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Also good location as we were coming by car - several indoor parking garages just across the street. Hotel was fine, rooms are basic but got everything you need and although quite small they feel bigger due to high ceilings. There's a capsule coffee machine in the room, for tea you can use one of the maxi bar's that are (a bit hidden) in the hotel. We didn't have breakfast but walked to a bakery close by instead.

The pillows were a bit weirdly shaped and hard. While the rooms were clean, the overall hotel lacked a little bit of cleanliness - having said that, it was a very busy weekend and staff was trying their best.

There's lots of things to love about Ruby Leni Hotel Düsseldorf. First of all the exterior and interior, which is really trendy and nicely executed throughout the entire hotel. The staff is another highlight. They were all super kind and eager to help. It's also a 24/7 reception, which is a nice touch. The room we got was great, situated on the fourth floor. It seemed like a very quiet floor but we were told the hotel was fully booked, so we must've had neighbours. We didn't hear a peep from neighbouring rooms though. The shower was heavenly, really great water pressure with a rainfall shower head. The bed was comfy too. Then the location: walking distance to Königsallee and the chistmas markets and a stonethrow away to a really nice breakfast/brunch place (Rosie's). All in all, this stay was everything we hoped for and we'd definitely stay here again.

It would've been nice to have a mini bar, but it wasn't an issue to not have one.
