perfection in everything and everyone. I’ve never experienced such a memorable comfortable stay as this one. The location was out of this world, the rooms were big and sparkly clean, the service and staff were out of this world, the staff treated us like we were the only guests staying in the hotel, thats how special they made us feel and how attentive they were, always greeting us with a smile no matter how busy they were they would still find a way to greet us, happy staff happy guests they make our day every morning and every night with their friendly attitude. i can go on forever really, there is not one thing i can mention that was just fine because everything was literally out of this world. this should be a 7 star hotel, 5 stars is not doing it justice. i enjoyed a lot hanging out in the living room made for guests and had the best coffee and cookies (which was by the way complimentary for hotel guests) the hotel is full of nice gestures. they’re so generous with everything they provide. i will definitely be back and sooner than what i was initially planning.

Fantastic rooms and location! Super nice staff. Highly recommended. The executive suites are amazing.

The only thing we did not like was, that we booked a suite with breakfast. Since we decided to get the breakfast delivered to the room, we asked to pre-order at our personal assistant to get it delivered the next morning. Therefore we were told that it wasn’t possible to get breakfast in roomservice since we payed for the buffet. So we had to pay dubbel for breakfast! Which is ridiculous. Normally other hotels will be happy to deliver a selection of small options to your room for a small service charge. But we got fully charged for the buffet, and fully charged breakfast for roomservice. Rip off…

Overall high quality is offered. Large room with comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean. Breakfast was outstanding, everything you wish is available and cooked to perfection. Loved the atmosphere, the cosy living room with snacks, books and toys. Staff is genuinely friendly. Personal assistant Katrin was very sweet! I definitely recommend this beautiful hotel!

The communication between members of staff could have been better, but did not hamper our experience. Temperature of the pool was a bit too cold for me, but this is a minor detail.

Great hotel, but bad staff.

This is my third time going, always liked it here but this time it was all different. The staff was discriminating, telling me they didnt have any room available, so I booked via booking they had many rooms available, more than 20! Asked for a manager, the staff did not make this happen. Racist staff.

Location of breakfast Buffet was good but for 48€ price didn’t match elaborate buffet & bigger space. Waiters only speak fluently German it’s difficult to communicate in English.

Wonderful hotel. I really enjoyed my stay, the staff was very friendly and attentive. The guest rooms are nicely furnished with a separate private bathroom. In addition, the hotel has some amazing amenities, like the Duchy Restaurant and even a cigar bar, which I can highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at the Breidenbacher Hof. Every staff member we encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to our colleagues!
