Stayed here for Euros 24. Location was excellent easy to get to the river front the underground and the main railway station it's bang in the middle of everything you need was clean and tidy, breakfast was a bonus , and the staff are 5star 👍 . It's a lively area, so if you want an early night or a lie in, dont go or ask for a quiet room 😉

Basic, a kettle and / or fridge would have made the stay that much better, and that wouldn't cost too much.

The Staff was really kind and they were really helpful. I had a bad experience in the city and the woman in the counter offered me water and was so kind to me. I was really thankful. The people that are there during the breakfast are also super nice and the food was delicious. The room itself was good. A bit too noisy, but it was clean.

The pillows are terrible, I really don't understand this square German pillows... There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom once I came, but it went away after I opened the window and left the airing system working for a while, so it is okay.

brilliant location - centre of old town. MANY places nearby to eat Friendly helpful staff; spoke enough English. Very good breakfast - lots of choice evening drinks good too. Decent price Shower had a problem, staff had it fixed in 24 hours.

Just a bit noisy at nights - some people might find this problem Coffee in room would be nice. We were one short - hotel might have reduced the bill because of breakfast.

Location and breakfast were amazing staff very friendly and helpful breakfast service was excellent

Pillows were not the best and the noise on Thursday night made it hard to sleep id advise anyone if you dont like noise stay here earlier in the week as the weekend and Thursday night clubs can be very loud

Just crashed ( a night) at this hotel in Dusseldorf and had a pretty sweet time, I gotta say. The spot was spot-on for exploring the city. I mean, everything cool was within walking distance. Location (SUPERB), staff, and vibes were looking good. I'd totally think about crashing here again next time I'm in town. I slapped an 8 on there, mostly 'cause that shower noise was kinda weird!

Good location, right in the center of the city. Very nice and friendly staff, good value for money. Good breakfast.

If you are live in the room with the windows towards the street, it will be bit problematic to sleep because of the party’s outside, but I guess it the price you pay for the center of the city.

The location was the most amazing thing of our stay. Located in the heart of the city centre, it was pretty easy to take a walk and explore the surroundings. Plus, it was a place full of bars and interesting things to look. Breakfast was pretty amazing too!

Some installations didn't work, and there wasn't coffee or tea inside the room.

The breakfast was so yummy! Buffet style and had vegetarian options. They had two buildings and we stayed in the one across from where breakfast was but that was no problem. It is off a majorly busy street so it was perfect location for downtown Altstadt. We left our luggage and the staff were beyond welcoming! We spoke English/German with them and they graciously accommodated us. The room was decorated well and it was perfect for the night.

Our neighbors were noisy and had heavy steps but one night rolled around I had no problem sleeping. Had to hang the shower curtain but the room was lovely and water was always hot!

Right in the centre close to everything, friendly staff. I arrived at 11.00 and could already check in. Good, strong shower. Although it is in a noisy area, I didnt hear too much of it since my room was at the back. Really value for money :)

Great location in the middle of all the activity in altstadt , came for the Euro 2024 was great experience , Great Fair price , nice room , Good Breakfest , clean , what can you ask more ?

Bit old , no Air-conditioned . No complaints .
