I do liked hotel,Bar was nice ,drinks nice,staff brilliant,ordered taxi for us and location is so good,10 min to middle town,food right next door at evening can have takeaway late if you starving. Breakfast nice.Girl who worked at bar and desk at 31/12/2024/25 is best person who served drinks and coffee in morning,even maked the way I was asked if possible and she did at it's best.Train station is very close,10 min main station and we had chance to visit other town KÖLN where is beautiful church/cathedral.So,thanks for your service,I genuinely happy,we was not in luxury hotel but for the price and comfort genuinely happy.Rooms are really warm,controlling yourself,how much heat you need,bathroom larg enough,little frige inside and we asked for cattle and they provided it too,not asked for ironing board but I believe they have it too.Lift is there and stairs what ever you prefer is quicker or just take your time.Also,we arrived earlier than we can check in,they was provided keep luggage till room is available and before we left,they keep luggage after we check out for couple h and we hade chance to visit litle cafe and enjoy cakes befor we go.Airport only 15 min away,cost taxi was arround 27 euro we have 30 as ushual leave bit change :) Big shopping 3 min walk from hotel.I broke door handle by acident,it was fixed in minutes :D Over all,thanks,we enjoyed stay at it's best. Walking distance from busy center and Christmas market. Clean environment and accommodating staff. Fresh fruit salad at breakfast, I usually take that as a sign of freshness of the whole buffet. Many diverse options for breakfast.

The room was too warm at night, the thermometer wasn’t working. The hotel is located in a busy street, therefore opening the windows was not an option. The breakfast area was dark and busy. This can be a matter of taste. As I prefer a calmer environment to start my day. I think changing the seating plan and lighting can improve the experience. Parking is not available. But there is an indoor public parking very close by.

A modern, clean, spacious and central located hotel(room) with a comfortable bed. A small, clean bathroom with towels and liquid soap. The airco did not work very well or did not functiomed. However you can open the windows. The hotel has an elevator. Because of the renevation the hotel offered the first night a free minibar. We had breakfast/ brunch at one of the restaurants near the hotel. It is a safe neigbourhood (2 ladies) with a lot of different restaurants, shops etc. It's a 2 min walk to a big (Zurheide) supermarkt in which you can also have a nice breakfast, lunch or dinner and buy some souvenirs/ gifts. It is a 10 min. walk to Koningsallee and 8/10 min. to little Tokyo, Immermanstrasse. In The Farmont parking (5 min. by foot) Charlottenstrasse 50 you can park your car for 14 euro a day (2024) We could store our luggage at the temporary reception

When we went to pick up our luggage. We kindly asked if we could use the toilet. The man of the reception said the hotel did not had a public toilet. He recommanded us to ask the restaurant next to the hotel?! As guests of the hotel this is not customer friendly at all! It is not our fault or problem that they are renovating the lobby etc.

Location is good, a walk of 10 minutes from the Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof (Hbf). Promenade and Rheinturm are at walking distance, takes about 15-20 minutes. It's on the main road, so a lot of restaurants and cafes are next to the hotel in the same street. The street has an international environment with restaurants with different cuisines like Vietnamese, Middle Eastern, Indian, Thai, Chinese and so on. Close to the hotel is a big supermarket which has a bakery and could be a good alternate option for breakfast and coffee.

Unfortunately the restaurant was under renovation so we couldn't have breakfast in the hotel restaurant. But it was temporary. There should have been an electric kettle in the room, I think it's quite common nowadays.

Location is 10/10 - safe neighborhood, lots of restaurants/shops around the area (Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Arabic, Local deli etc. 2 blocks away from HBF (main train station) 10-15 mins walk to Konigsallee and Alstadt. Hotel is currently under renovation yet some facilities and services may be limited. The room is spacious and very comfy bed. Minibar (including beers) are free as a kind gesture for the little inconvenience because of the renovation. Highly recommended for the price, comfort and location.

The staff were amazing! I loved how open they were and sweet. They also helped us with recommending how to get to our show and which tram to use. They even looked after my specialrequest, made with the reservation. The beds were phenomenal! I will definetly come again. Also because we were in the Center of a beautiful city.

Unfortunatley, there is only one elevator, which is absolutley fine, don't get me wrong. But excactly at the time were the Breakfast was, the deliveries for drinks and laundry arrived. People like me, who are not good with walkin due to health issues, had to wait up to 20 minutes to be able to use the elevator.

The location, a short walk from the train station. Their goodwill gesture when I mentioned our visit was for my partners 60th birthday. They brought 2 bottles of bubbly up to our room for us.

The hotel was under renovation which we were warned about a week before we arrived. It meant there was no bar for us to all meet in (as we travelled as a group of 17). Not a major problem as plenty near by. Our room didnt have tea and coffee facilities either.

The hotel’s website and booking should clearly state that the hotel doesn’t have parking because they are misleading.

Location is ok, you are near city center and you can take a walk around river or in the shopping streets. Its around 25-30minutes from Dusseldorf Fair so if you attend it you can use train from 2 stations to get there. Breakfast was excellent Its nice hotel

Bar should have 1 employee who works only at the bar not bar/reception because you will not get served fast.

Good location excellent front of house staff accidentally left my laptop and wallet in safe only realised when I got to the airport reception very efficiently arranged for a taxi to bring them to me at the airport, first class service

No sound proofing between room and corridor also noisy from other rooms too. Which was a shame as the hotel was otherwise in a fairly quiet part of the city.
