The hotel’s website and booking should clearly state that the hotel doesn’t have parking because they are misleading.

Very helpful staff, lovely big room, good location, close to trams and the train station, with lots of restaurants nearby. On the bed, only one pillow each was supplied, but when we asked for more the reception staff delivered promptly. Good buffet breakfast. I would happily stay again.

It was great to have a kettle with tea and coffee supplied (quite unusual in Europe in my experience). Would have been even better if the supply of sachets had been topped up during our stay. But to be fair, we probably could have simply asked for more.

Everything! Staff was superb! Super friendly and helpful, they let us check in earlier. The room was great, pretty big size, with two wardrobes, a desk with mini fridge, a coffee table and a chair. There was a Nespresso machine in the room with pods and milk to use. Beds were extra comfy as well as the bathroom. Toiletries included: shampoo, soap and body lotion. Hair dryer too. The room had AC which came in really handy as it was a pretty hot day. Location was unbeatable: close to the city centre, Central Station and plenty of restaurants.

Location was not special. Since I had difficulty walking distances I found the train station a little too far for me. Nothing of interest around the hotel except Little Tokyo . I also did not like the color scheme. I dont know what is this craze (in other hotels there too) - they paint everything black!!!!! Terrible!!!! black walls black furniture, everything. Even the dining room was all black

Perfect hotel for a first romantic trip to dusseldorf, the staff were very polite and sweet. One kind man in particular saw we had a bottle of wine so uncorked it for us and gave 2 wine glasses to bring up to the room! The decor is fabulous; very funky and aesthetic. The location was good too, and right beside a tasty late night kebab takeaway. The different light switches made a nice ambience. Would definitely return!

The tv remote only had some working buttons, but I’m sure this would’ve quickly been fixed if we asked. The 2 beds pushed together with a hard gap in the middle wasn’t the most comfortable, and there was a lot of dust from the top of the wardrobe when we tried to put our suitcase up there. All these are small problems, and didn’t effect our lovely stay.

Decor to the entrance looks good. Reception was very helpful. My room was a good size, plenty of cupboard space. Complimentary breakfast, plenty to choose from. I got this because there was no hot water in the whole hotel for that morning. Safety box. Location was good.

Wifi connection was bad, dropped out all the time but this could of been because on the room location. My room was 221. The hot water system broke down so no one had a hot shower. I was compensated with the complimentary breakfast.

We have just come home from a great new year stay here, we are a family of 5 aged from 3 to 45. The rooms are spacious and the 2 younger children where able to have space to play. Rooms look very modern as well as the reception. We where within walking distance to the shops tourist attractions and the beautiful park. Lots of food choices beside the hotel. The shower was great and the kids loved the bath. Great value for money and the staff where a great help to us and made or stat very enjoyable. Rooms are very clean

Staff were super friendly. Hotel only a few minutes walk from train station. Really clean, modern looking hotel. Comfy beds. Excellent value for money.

The breakfast buffet was good, choices were ok, not too much to choose from. Only hot options were hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and sausages, which I didn’t mind. However, at 20€ per person (!) I thought it was very, very expensive. Wouldn’t have breakfast here again, not for 20€

Although a free taxi service from the airport to the hotel was advertised In your advertisement for booking this hotel, you did not provide it although I contacted your office well before our trip offering the flight details into Duesseldprf airport. It cost me 30 euros for a taxi. I will certainly think twice before booking anything with you in future.

Staff were super friendly rooms were very tidy by far the best low cost hotel I have ever stayed in the rooms have a stunning interior so much so I am considering recreating it at home...the rooms have air conditioning which is a must right now in Germany and beds were super comfy me and my wife travelled with our 8 month old son even with a travel cot in the room there was still plenty of space all in all an excellent place to stay!!! When I first arrived viewing the exterior part of the hotel I thought maybe this was a bad low cost hotel but as soon as you walk in it's simply perfect
