Everything... i was travelling with my son, we booked 2 singles and it was a perfect choice! Both of us loved our rooms, the beds were perfect, there was a pretty well stocked and not that expensive minibar in the room and my son even got a bathtub.... and as she loves taking baths he was very happy with that. We had hoped for an room with an balcony and got our wish... it was soooo nice being able to sit out there and enjoy the sun! We also got our room surprisingly early which made everything much easier the first day. The breakfast was also perfect.... its on the top 3 of the best breakfast buffets i have had!

Handily located with easy access to the Hauptbahnhof (railway station) and main shopping district (5-10 mins), AltStadt (Old Town) 15-20 mins, river 15 mins with trams a couple of minutes away. I had a 5th floor room with a balcony facing the street. Room was small, but modern, well-appointed and functional. Hotel has a good fitness centre and sauna.

Would have been nice to hae had a kettle, teabags, milk and sugar, although I suppose most people in Europe only drink coffee these days.

The staff were extremely nice and though the room was small, there was everything you'd need and even complimentary water and a minibar. The location was good, near many many eateries and cafes, and also only 10 minutes from the station. Walkable to aldstadt as well as the Rhine.

The toilet smelled slightly funny and the lighting was a bit strange (because there were no ceiling lights) but really not that big of a deal to me.

Clean room, with comfy and truly enormous bed. Parking was great: secure, very spacious and many options to charge our electric car. Great location: walking distance from Japanese quarter where we had a memorable meal.

Very hot room and thick bedding (as in a lot of German hotels); there's airco and since we had a room at the back, opened a window.

The hotel is located in the city center, close to the train station and attractions. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is excellent. It is possible with pets.

Single room 112, very small and without air conditioning. It was stuffy, open windows on a hot day did not help. But you need to read about this at the booking stage.

The size of the room was bigger then we had expected and the bad was very comfortable. Clean and cozy. Recommended for short stays.

The location is a little bit far from Cologne's downtown, surrounded by car dealerships, around an about and 15 minutes from the Cathedral, but not too far. As the prices are so high when there is a conference in the city, it's a very good option.

Convenient location close to the station with a lot of great restaurants nearby. A little too far from the city center, but not too bad. The room we got was a little bit older, but super clean and well-maintained.

The street could be a little more loud at times. Especially on the weekend at night. And the walls are also a little bit thin and you can hear people in the hall or at their room talking often, especially if they are a little louder.

the staff there was really nice, we were allowed to have early checkin and they helped us to store our luggages. the location is between the central station and the tourist areas so everything can be done by foot.

Room was comfy and good, relaxing shower. Check -in staff was nice and friendly. Cable TV English channels were great. Hope to stay again

The outside noise of some vehicles blowing horns from the side street of the hotel, a little disturbing, woke us up couple of times in the morning

All staff were great but was one ginger haired receptionist on desk who obviously did not want to be there and while was not rude was not welcoming , did not omit what the hotel or customer would want in being the face of hotel
