The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and pleasant to look at. The hotel is a really great location and not far from the central station.

Unfortunately the bed wasn't that comfortable especially the pillow made me wake up with a stiff neck. But I must say everything was clean and tidy.

I am very thankful for the possibility to check in 1 hour earlier. Breakfast was really good (except coffee). Also you can have a coffee or tea just when you need - there is a kettle in the hall. Good location - near the Railway station, 20 min by foot to the main attractions. Very clean rooms. Overall it was a good choice and a nice stay.

Poor sound insulation - rooms are absolutely not sound-proof. You can hear everything the neighbors or chambermaids are saying behind the wall or in the corridor. No fridge in the room.

Location is good, staff was very kind, and room was spacious and clean. There is parking for 15€ per day (entrance is small be careful)

Strong humid smell in the room as we entered. We opened the windows and it was fine. There is no AC in the room, a small fan is provided but it was unfortunately not enough, i think our room was South oriented so it got really really hot in the afternoon. Quite unbearable. But that is nobody’s fault, other than that we really recommend this hotel!!

The staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to help us with anything we needed, always with a smile on their faces. They had a small lounge area with a computer, coffee and a variety of teas for free, completely stocked with cups, sugar and sweetener, creamers and spoons, which was great to bring a warm cup of tea to the room after walking in the rain, and they also had a fridge with reasonably priced drinks including altbier.

I have no complaints at all.

Fantastic value stay at the Bellevue Hotel. 7 min walk to train, 20 mins to Altstadt. Supermarket 2 mins away. We didn't opt for breakfast but we happy being supplied with freshly brewed coffee in the reception area in the morning. Instant coffee and tea are available all day otherwise. The bed was very comfortable. There is a safe in the room that be operated with coins, we didn't use it. There is ample storage space and it was very comfortable for the excellent price. Shampoo and hand soap are provided in dispensers and the daily cleaning of the room was to a good standard. We would be very happy to return to this hotel.

The walk from the hotel to the train station didn't feel very safe and we made sure not to walk through that area at night. This of course is not the hotel's fault, but it's useful to know if staying there. Where the hotel itself is felt fine. 😃

- The staff was very friendly - Bathroom is modern and very clean - Location is central where you can reach train station, old town, little tokyo, etc. on foot - Available parking space for 15€/day (considering its central location, the price is ok)

- no AC, but there are ventilators in the room which was helping in our case. Not sure if it helps a lot during the hot summer days - The elevator is pretty old (but we didn’t have any issue during our stay)

The reception is the center point of the hotel and they meet you with a smile. Everything is personal, the mails beforehand, checking in is quick and easy, parking nice and safe. Getting into Dusseldorf was easy. They can explain the city on a map, and have the best tips for restaurants in the area. We could not check them all, so we will have to come back. And surely return to this really nice hotel.

Nothing, price, location and hotel are in perfect harmony.

Stayed at the family room which had 2 beds in a separate room for kids. Room was clean, spacious and the bathroom was new and spacious too. Location is fantastic - we walked to restaurants and the shopping area (Koningsallee). Parking on-site is super convenient (just be aware there are limited spots). The owners of the hotel were super friendly and gave very good food recommendations around the city. They even have a curated food map of their favourite restaurants. We tried them and they were all superb. Will certainly be back again!

Excellent breakfast and accommodating breakfast room staff! Appreciated the coffee and tea stand in reception. Super location - central but very quiet.

There was no big expectation when i do reservation. However it was great hotel. Friend who work reception ( Salah) is really helpfull, good, friendly guy. He helps us every topic. Location is great you can go everywhere by walking and rewee is nearly hotel. Also room is pretty clean . I will stay again when i visit düseldorf. Thanks
