This is a brand new hotel at the S bahn stop just before the airport. There are many hotels being built in this area, and this is one of them. The room was very large and had a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The full, hot breakfast was excellent with hours from 5-10. The S bahn is right next door and it is only 1.60E to the airport (each), and trains run every 15 minutes.

Our room had 2 huge walkout windows that opened fully without any balcony! Maybe it hasn't been installed yet? We booked a "Superior King Apartment" and were initially given a "Standard King" apartment - it was cheaper, but much smaller. We caught this error at check-in and were given the Superior King. The S bahn to the airport stops at Terminal 1 - which only goes to Shengen countries. If you are flying long range you will need to take a additional free bus from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 - so allow an extra 15 minutes for this bus. There is a taxi stand at the new Hyatt next door, but there were no taxis at 0700 in the morning which required us to take the S bahn.

The hotel was easy to get to from the airport. It is one stop away. The area wasn't busy and was quiet. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. One of the reasons we chose to stay here was because they were one of the only hotels I could find that had washing machines close to the airport. They are coin-operated and this was key to us having clean clothes for the rest of our trip. Breakfast was good and lots of options. Several restaurants are nearby (some aren't open for lunch). The Asia Moon restaurant was delicious, and I highly recommend it. It was so good, we ate lunch there the next day. Get the Thai red curry with crispy chicken! There is also a Rewe supermarket close by (next to Asia Moon).

Free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. EUR 2.1 for the bus and a very short walk from the bus stop to the hotel. The other leg will cost EUR X but I did not use it the next day. The room is well designed, quiet, and well lit. Bed is very comfortable. A long working desk is handy. Kitchen is quite well equipped (for a simple and quick meal).

I wanted to try Vietnamese dishes (Pho and Bun Bo Hue) which were included in the brochure and provided to me. However, the hotel's restaurant did not offer it the day I was there, and the staff at reception did not know anything about the dishes they have advertised. A few hours later (after a second request) I was advised by someone working at the restaurant that the lunch chef was unwell.... the hotel could have charged directly to my credit card or accept payment at check out as many other hotels do. I arrived there close to midnight after a tiring flight and the staff requested me to pay at check in. I would have given you a 9 if you had not been after the payment at the time I was exhausted.

Location is close to the Airport and S-Bahn. Room with little kitchenette was nice and spacious.

No body lotion or anything but body wash/shampoo in the bathroom. No "real" german brezels at Breakfast just little very tough ones. Noone at the Front Desk when I first arrived. Had to wait quite a while to drop off luggage. No free Airport Shuttle (actually no Airport Shuttle at all).

Staff very friendly and efficient. Strongly recommended for a delayed passenger situation from Frankfurt Airport. Rooms were clean, air conditioning excellent, beds were comfortable and restaurant very good. If required, laundry facilities looked excellent. Price was a very good value giving other hotels in the area.

Completely appreciate that Hotel management wants to stay price competitive, but bathroom amenities could use some improvement. Body wash was available, but no shampoo, conditioner or wash cloths would be a nice addition to the property.

Super good business hotel for meetings and work. We had several meetings and online calls during our stay in a double room suite that was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The lobby can be used for one-on-one meeting and even conference meetings with a screen for presentations. Super fast wifi. Near the hotel is a forest for walks and hikes. The restaurant is not very spectacular but the staff is. Super helpful. And adjacent to the restaurant is a park with shortcuts to a supermarket, all the other restaurants and hotels. You can stay there a week without having eaten twice in the same restaurant.

For the hotel nothing could be better for a business atmosphere. The surroundings are as you can expect from an airport location. Lots of buildings and lots of construction. Not very romantic or inspiring. Do you thing for work and leave. Not suited for leisure or romance.

Need to end our day by the airport after long drive. This place was close to the airport. Newer, clean, good breakfast and the staff was beyond helpful in giving directions to take the train downtown for dinner/shopping. The desk clerk even walked me around the block to show the train entrance, blocked somewhat by construction.

The air conditioning in the room was almost non-existent for a newer property. Europe was undergoing a heat wave and not having sufficient air was not good after a long day.

Location:easy to find :.after getting off the station,,it is visible on the left side..Peaceful and quiet place. beside a garden.Bus stop , restaurant, super market are near by. From the airport costs only €2.10 (choose short distance) Comfortable room, every thing is good, clean and tidy.... Helpful staff: I was allowed for earlier check in.I was sick after the long fight. The staff adviced me to go to the airport clinic for medical consultation . Fabulous breakfast , Will stay again when coming back.

A great hotel, with extremely easy access to the city center and to the airport. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed and the pillows so comfortable for a good rest. I had a problem with the air-condition and was solved immediately. A good working air-condition was so important, since Frankfurt had high temperatures those days. The room had also a big fridge that was really convinient since in the area were not many restaurants but there was a super market. The wiindow can be open for fresh air . The train stop just one minute on foot with very fast connections. The breakfast was very good with many choices. And the staff always polite and helpfull. All in all, a convinient stay in a very good hotel.

Location is the key. Just walking a few minuites from the Gateway Garden station. A big supermarket and some restaurants/cafe nearby. Feel safe during the stay. The room was very cozy, clean, and quiet. Nepresso coffee maker with free coffee provided. I enjoyed everything during my stay. By the way, some of the staff was not quite very nice sometimes.
