Excellent in cleanliness! Not even NY Palace is as clean as this hotel. It deserves more than 5 stars and 5 diamonds. Everything in the room was top quality and super comfortable. Staff also was very friendly Price was reasonable also. My husband and I needed a one night stay. We received luxury comfort with reasonable price All the other hotels near Frankfurt airport were at least double price I want to thank all of you for a wonderful experience.. From now on your hotel will be the top of the list of hotels to stay at when we travel.

Everything, including the comfortable bed,, dovet covers, comfortable pillows, cotton sheets, snow white sheets, bathroom sparkling clean, modern faucets, sparkling clean kitchen, kitchen classes, eating utensils, clean towels I liked the brand new rug in the hallways and very tasty and welcoming colors.

Perfect location next to the holiday parking (7min walking distance) and the Airport. The train station to get to the airport is located 3min walking distance and the train to the airport is 3min (trains runs all the time every 15min) The apartment was nice and well equipped. Comfortable as well. Nice and friendly staff.

The location is excellent if you are transiting with an overnight stay in Frankfurt. I had a very hectic time as my connecting flight was cancelled. Luckily, the staff were willing to advise. The room, which is a small apartment, has a happy vibe because of the colour scheme, the shower is excellent, and the beds are very comfortable.

I did not like that there was no airport shuttle. But only because I had too much luggage and 2 children.

The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast especially good.

Not a big problem at all, but the S-bahn stop is a bit of a walk if you have heavy suitcases with you. Easier to take a taxi to and from the airport, it's not a long ride.

Very modern and extremely clean hotel-apartment with enough space and facilities like kitchenware, dishwasher and iron for families. it's near airport and you can find a supermarket few steps away.

Stayed in Frankfurt with wife and toddler. Stayed two nights in Old Town, and two nights here at the Staycity. Overall, we should have just stayed at Staycity the entire time. Location: Close to metro, close to airport, easy access to central station and old town. Rewe grocery store within arm's reach Cleanliness: Spotless Facilities: Spotless, breakfast looked good and was very fairly priced (especially for kids), although we did not get it. Room even had a heated towel rack, perfect for on-the-go laundry. Child cot was already in the room when we got there. Staff: Perfect. Mr. Patrick was wonderful, and a great ambassador for the chain. Very communicative through the Booking app Since there wasn't as much to do in Frankfurt, we regret not just staying at the Staycity and transiting around.

The front desk lady told us to park across the street. I asked her several times if we go to the blue sign parking garage across the street and she said yes. We are walking around for dinner and we see parking underneath the hotel. We go back in and ask for the 4th time and she once again pointed us to across the street. We questioned her and she said we could go around back and park underneath. She was very confused about the parking. Please have her say follow the yellow signs as we were not the only ones she told to do that.

The staff were fantastic. Really lovely. We arrived before check in time and they tried to find us a room anyway. When they couldn't, they showed us to the luggage storage room and walked us through the procedure in perfect English. Check in was very simple and they printed off a document I required at no extra cost. The room was lovely. No complaints at all, everything was perfect. The location is very handy. It's maybe a 5 minute walk to the subway so you can go to the city or airport. For the airport, you can get a taxi quite cheap (10€). Breakfast was also lovely.

Modern, quite big bathroom, clean and well-furnished, basically all basics you need. Bakery and REWE supermarket is very near, only few steps away from the building. The next S-bahn station is also only few hundreds meters away, which can take you directly to the city center.

Room is rather small, location is bit off (well it does say Frankfurt Airport and the airport is located in different zone with city center, so if you want to have city sightseeing you have to consider different tickets/ more expensive for public transport), and also when we stayed there the metro line passing through the station was having some construction so there have been irregular train service which was really annoying as there is the only train line option to get to the apartmemt. parking cost is quite expensive but I think it is normal price for Frankfurt.

The place had a really good vibe and the facilities were excellent. It was so convenient being able to do all the washing and drying of my clothes in the basement of the building. The staff were all wonderful. I wasn't feeling too great on the last morning, and I was allowed to check out late. Right next door is the most amazing restaurant called The Italian! It was sensational! It was wonderful having kitchen facilities in the room. The breakfast @ Staycity Aparthotel was great value.

The room was a little smaller than I had expected it to be. The white bread rolls at breakfast were very average and should be ditched for some crusty rolls! The brown seeded rolls, however, were fine. Also, there was only one coffee mug in the room.
