Location in the airport

Very convenient for an early flight departure. Check in was quick and it was easy to get information. The room was nice and very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was so easy to get to the terminal in the morning! The room had everything I needed, including a frig, free water, various amenities. The air conditioning worked well and the window opened. Overall great!

The only option to print the boarding pass was by downloading on the hotel computer. I didn't feel comfortable entering my log in information there. Only one of the three restaurants was open and the menu with a bit limited but it was okay.

Food was generally quite expensive , but there were options right outside the hotel. Very convenient

Variable service: The ladies at the reception were very helpful. The one gentleman, serving at the reception was very dismissive of my complaint : i had a business meeting and dialled room service(the blue button on the phone) for the operator to call me a taxi which was supposed to arrive in 10 mins at the back entrance. After waiting 20 mins, I went to the reception and asked the gentleman there to help me find the taxi. His reply was 'I did not call you a taxi. I can't help you'. After wandering around the reception looking for more help, another lady joined the reception and helped me call the service center to find the whereabouts of the taxi. That gentleman might be very good as a filing clerk but is very unsuitable working as at a service position

ideal location if transitting, no need for shuttles or S-Bahns. We arrived in FRA on a DB long distance train around 11pm after a 9hr journey and had a 9am check in for a long haul the next morning. We just wanted a comfy bed to get as much rest as possible which we did find at the Marriott. The rooms are totally sound proof, you can see the planes taking off right in front of your window but you don't hear a thing.

The breakfast could have been better! A huge breakfast area which is shared with the Sheraton but the actual selection was pretty sub par for 31 Euro per person. We used to get more variety in some 3* hotels. The staff could be a little more attentive too, offering a top up for tea or coffee. But it all does its job.

Great spot when you miss your flight. The most convenient hotel near the airport. You can walk right back to terminal.

Excellent location within the airport and well-equipped with infrastructures and new buildings. The hotel staff is very educated and polite. Specially the receptionist Daiane - who spoke several languages with us

However it is a pity to complain but the restaurant/bar has really unpleasant staff, specially some of the waiters. So, next time we won’t stay in this hotel since there are several likewise the same around.

I liked its proximity to terminal 1, where my flight departed from. I liked that the solid standards that I expected from a Marriott was maintained. I liked the quick response for an extra set of bathrobes and slippers.

Not much really. However, I just want to point out that stepping out of the bathtub was tricky, especially for those with shorter legs. A handle bar would have be useful and even safer if it was available.

**1. Location:** The hotel's location couldn't be more perfect right close to Terminal 1 it's linked by a bridge from Terminal 1. But due to ongoing building at the Airport and lack of clear marking, we went outside and found ourselves lost for about an hour. **2. Ambience and Decor:** This hotel convinced me to make a holiday in German even if my stay is at the airport. Many hotels in Germany have a lot to learn from this place. **3. Accommodations:** My room was a haven of comfort and style. The plush bed and premium linens ensured a restful night's sleep, while the spacious layout allowed for seamless movement throughout the room. The modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV, minibar, and high-speed Wi-Fi, catered to all my needs. We did not have time for TV **4. Services and Staff:** The hotel's staff indeed went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From the warm and efficient check-in process to the prompt room service, they demonstrated high professionalism and attentiveness. Any request or inquiry was met with a smile and an eagerness to assist, making me feel valued and pampered throughout my stay. Everyone was great! Keep this team intact, please.

Downside. There is a small breakfast for early flights, that consists of a doughnut, apple Juice and some plums- Something we did not like- Acidic. Thank you for the good gesture but it could be improved. Hotel Star Inn Lisbon Aeroporto is a good example, they provide breakfast from as early as 3 am. But of course, you have to factor in local conditions. I don't know what other customers say about this but we surely would have like to sit down eat some Musli perhaps with some scrambled eggs and all that good stuff.

Obviously it’s basically inside the airport and extremely convenient. Really lovely room. Very clean and in great condition. I had a very nice bath using the This Works products which I love, felt like a spa. Exactly what we needed to be right there for our early flight the next morning.

The only thing is that you need to sign up to be a member to get free wifi, if you book through booking.com you don’t just automatically get free wifi. We just called reception and they sorted it for us but it’s a small inconvenience.

it is very close to the airport, nice and clean.

after I checked in , I had some ice packs gave it to the receptionist to keep it in the freezer. when I checked out , they didn’t know where they keep it, I had to go and look for it in the restaurant! however the receptionist told me i can get them back in the reception. the restaurant told me , they don’t have it. i had to go back to the reception and ask them to call their colleague, finally they found it and brought it back to me, however i had a flight and I was late for my flight!
