Location is great for business travellers as Messe Frankfurt is in 25-30 minutes walking distance. in -room coffee and tea complimentaries with kettle was very welcoming. Breakfast has wide selection of F&B and always ready coffee for take away. Worth the money!

All is just perfect except the air dryer experience, which is switching off each several minute and it takes very long time to dry your hair properly. It took me almost an hour to get my hair done. There is no fridge as a part of IHG policy I believe, so before checking in this has to be considered from the guest side…

Good hotel. Services were on par with my expectations; room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location is adequate and within walking distance of the Opera, some shopping centers and the train station.

Close to some nice areas, but the street behind the hotel is sort of sketchy (strip clubs and funny individuals). They also charged me a security deposit twice, which has never happened to me before. I am still waiting to get my deposits back, otherwise my bank should settle this issue.

We liked everything about this hotel. We were greeted at the check in so nicely. The lady who checked us in, helped us plan our days there and also recommended us good cafes and restaurents eyc. She also advised us which walking paths would get us to the Alte Oper the fastest and what other attractions there are. She was so lovely and warm and gave us a brilliant start to our journey. The room was decent sized and was very clean. A 10min walk to Alte Oper which was brilliant. This hotel is so close to the Frankfurt main train startion but is nicely seperated from the not so lovely part of the train station surroundings too.

Nothin. Everything was so perfect.

Hotel was clean, beautiful and amenities of good quality.

Had some problerms to confirm my reservation even though I had the print out. In the end I had to call Booking myself to sort out, I guess that once you have all documents in hands they should accomodate you and sorte the bureacracy in their own way. Another thing worth mentioning is the surroundings, even though it didn't posed me any threat or risk during the day, the discomfort of going though junkies was considerable, there's no other way to get to the hotel as it's very close to the train station.

Very good hotel, new, amenities of good quality, a very good choise should you come though Frankfurt HBF.

Walking fro the train station is not pleaseant, Waloking though junkies during the day, even though they didn't pose any threat, was not nice but imagine doing that during the night, the closeness to the train station makes waling the only feasible & resonable way to get to the hotel. Had some troubkle to confirm my reservation, in the endI had to do it myself despite of having the printouts with me.

Great location and very close to the city centre. The shower was amazing and this is a very quiet and clean hotel. With professional and helpful staff.

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable but that would be a personal preference Not directly relating to the hotel but drug use is very common in the areas surrounding the hotel, this seems to be common for many of the areas of the inner city, but it can be quite off-putting.

Evening bar staff were very courteous and efficient. I accidentally left some clothes hanging in wardrobe and realised later that day whilst still in town, I emailed reception and they promptly found my clothes and kept them for me to collect later, handled efficiently.

Not something that you can change but walking to the hotel and having to pass through the red light district at night was not the nicest experience.

The breakfast was lovely. Lots to choose from, hot and cold food and an abundance of juices, water etc. Our bedroom was an executive room and it was lovely and clean. It had a balcony but we couldn't open the doors. I am sure if we had of asked, a member of staff would have sorted it, but we chose not to bother.

Could not fault the hotel itself but its positioned right near to the red light district and its full of drug users. That said we walked through the area and nobody bothers you. So when you come out of the hotel if you want to avoid the red light district then walk straight ahead or turn right. If you want to go through the red light district then turn left, but its not very nice to see. Also the bar in the hotel is closed on a Saturday and Sunday evening, but this is due to staffing issues.

This hotel is great. It’s clean, comfortable and the staff is great. It was the perfect place to end up after a long flight.

The neighborhood behind the hotel is pretty rough - like I didn’t enjoy walking to it the way Apple Maps told me to go. If you just stay on the Main Street to get there, however, it’s fine. Then when you want to walk into the downtown area, just skirt the bad area by a couple of blocks and all is well.

The room was clean and cosy, had a large bed. We brought ours, but the hotel offers baby bed. It was nice to have a bath tub. The access from the Autobahn was also good. The hotel has an underground parking.

One of two elevators wasn't working, so we had to wait a couple of times til we could get into the elevator. The street in the direction to the Frankfurt main station is not safe, but the receptionist informed us kindly at the check in.
