I am delighted with this hotel - convenient location: only 12 minutes walk from the train and bus stations. Very polite staff speaking German and English. The daily housekeeping is above and beyond praise, the room was very clean. The room had a working hairdryer and all necessary hygiene products in sufficient quantity.

A significant disadvantage of the hotel is the environment outside the hotel. I was very scared at 9pm outside. The hotel is ar dirty, dangerous and unpleasant street

The reception is open h24 and the staff is very kind, friendly and professional. They solved our requests quickly and gave us useful information. They have tourism brochures to plan a tour and suggest us main events in the city. We booked a family-room with private bathroom. The room was big enough, with a small terrace, well-furnished (tv, fridge, lamp, chair, desk, stender), very clean and silent. The beds were very confortable, with fresh bed-linen, big pillows and soft duvets. The bathroom was well-equipped, with towels and courtesy set, and it was very clean. The Wi-fi was free. Bed-linen, duvets, towels, courtesy set are all included in the cheap price and breakfast as well. We can not judge the breakfast, because we did not take it. The hotel is near the train station, the city centre and the river. Even if the hotel is located in a neighborhood with nightclubs, drugs-addicted and drunken people, it was safe and we did not have any problem.

The rooms were great, really clean with a reliable room service. Same for the showers in each room. The staff was really nice to us and available at any time. The price is really cheap but the hotel as really good service. Good equipments in the room for 4 people (hairdryer, towels, nightlamp, towel dryer, shampoo)

The hotel is located in a neighborhood with a lot of 18+ shops. It's not that disturbing as it seems to remain safe but I wouldn't advise it with children.

Clean, comfortable and close to HBF, restaurants & pubs. Staff was nice

It's on a noisy street, but if you're down for the party, no worries. Younger travelers won't care, and as I was out late, it was not an issue for me. Mosel Str can look sketchy, but no one bothered me and Frankfurt is safe

There is urine smell on the floor although it was cleaned , the problem was there are homeless people the street that urinate in every corner of the wall next to the hotel but the hotel was clean and calm

I have the strong feeling the property was the cleanest in the area, very polite and helpful staff and comfortable room with new forniture. I do wish them the best.

It’s surroundings, loud music at night which I don’t know if it was a particular occurrence like or it’s an ongoing issue. The area is definitely not family friendly but the hotel constituted a safe heaven and I’ve always felt safe there.

Hotel is good for whom searching for place to sleep only, 2 or 3 night max It’s clean and have a good value against the price The location is near to the Frankfurt main station, around 200 m, which is excellent

‏the issue is with the area surrounding, it’s full with homeless and night clubs and girls shops, not suitable for families at all

Clean property, and nice reception staff, very helpful. they also have elevator, which is very helpful if you have disabilities or a pushchair.

The location was accessibile, but we did’t like the fact that there were strange people outside on the streets, and also the radiator was very noisy in higher temperature.

People seem to be all up in arms about the location, but unless you're the skittish kind, this is an amazing location, mere minutes from downtown and train station. It's perfectly safe, not the cleanest streets, but it's clean and comfy inside.

The place inside the room is beautiful it has also a good view and a little fridge.

Wish they have a coffe machine or a little microwave into the hotel for something quick and the small hunger
