The rooms Itself are really nice, clean and comfortable. It's conveniently located to the main train station, just a 5 min walk away

The location is, in one way, very convenient due to the proximity to the main train station. But on the other hand, you will be in the midst of the worst of Frankfurt 😅. Junkies, drunks are hanging right outside the building, and you will hear the noise throughout the night. You will have to walk through this area wherever you wanna go. I have been time several times and I don't mind it. But I can imagine not everyone would want to tolerate it

The hotel was a great value it was exceptionally clean very modern and the rooms were adequate maybe not for a family but definitely for a couple it's possible they have bigger rooms for families but it was perfect for me. The staff was extremely helpful I will definitely choose this hotel again I have been at several in Frankfurt by far this was the best. Their breakfast may be extra but it definitely far exceeded any restaurant breakfast I have found for that price.

It did not bother me because I'm travel savvy but some people may find the street across was high drug and sex trafficking. I think the business was very good about keeping them off their doorstep

The location although it's near casinos and things like that but it's best location and only 3 to 4 mins walk to Train 🚉 Station and Tram, which makes it convenient. There are so many Cafes and small Bistros around and also Habesha,Sudanese, Indian and Lebanese restaurant. Room are small but clean and compare to my cousins on different hotel this has its own small fridge, kettle for coffee. Definitely coming back

Before going there, I hadn't checked aby reviews and one night before I decided to see and I was so horrified that I might have booked the worst hotel, and worried if it was better to just lose the money and book a different hotel. It was going to be just about hours inside the hotel so we just went ahead (2 rooms, 3 adults and 1 toddler), and both our rooms were quite clean and the noise at night I read about was actually not bad at all. The staff were extremely kind.

The location. But if you just ignore one block of drug addicts, seriously it's not that bad. They don't bother you at all.

Pro: location Con: location Pretty sketchy area. Homeless sleeping right at the front door everyday . At the same time close to everything, 3 min walk to train station and eight at the center of shopping and restaurants. Otherwise very clean and well kept. Once you’re inside it feels safe and secure it’s the outside part that made me feel uneasy.

Area was a big con about the hotel.

Close to Frankfurt Station, which was the main reason for booking. The hotel itself is very good. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Our room was a very good size and was more than acceptable, as was the bathroom. Both extremely clean. A short walk takes you to some lovely restaurants.

The main problem was the surrounding area, totally out of the hotel's hands. We saw open drug dealing and prostitution on the street. The locals congregated on the street almost 24 hours a day. Saying all this I did not really feel intimidated walking on the street, just a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is completely renovated. The room is small, but it is furnished well and is practical. There is a small, but well equipped gym and an infrasauna.

The extractor ventillator in the bathroom was very loud (probably broken) and the water leaked from the shower cabin (it was impossible to mop up). The location (bahnhofquartier) is a bad neighborhood, which the municipality has pledged to clean up. Not there yet.

The staff are reception was very nice. It was clean, there was even the iron, fridge, hair dryer and water boiler in the room. Overall good experience.

There are some size issues. The room was small, almost no space to walk around, but the bed is huuuge, both in hight and width. I booked with business upgrade. What kinda if business is this supposed to be? XD The bathroom is small as well, then the sink is really tiny. You gotta aim very well with whatever you want to do in that sink. Shower head you can’t move, so would be good to provide shower caps. There is no real lighting at night. Just colorful light here and there, which create very cool atmosphere but not sufficient if you wanna maybe work in the evening. You can turn on all the 5-7 tiny lights all over the room though. Drug addicts around the area are impressive. I though I v seen it all, but no. But that’s really not the hotels fault.

Location is great, 5mins away from the central sta, but not that safe. As long as you do not walk around at night, it is great. Staff are so nice and friendly. Breakfast was super super great. I will come back because of the great location and breakfast.

The room was too small. One thing I did not like much is the small room. The room was too small for tiny me, 1 carry on luggage and 1 small bag. However, for the reasonable price, I like this place more than another one I stayed around there.

Close and convenient to Hauptbahnhof . Good value. Great shower pressure. Good design. Cool old grand hotel. Everything worked. Room was spotless. Staff was helpful.

The area and street is dreadful, though convenient to station. Junkies lined the sidewalk such that I could not even roll my suitcase on the sidewalk without running over them. Drug deals were happening constantly below my window. I was solicited by grotesque prostitutes plying their trade every time I walked to or from the hotel. Garbage bins on the street were overflowing. The hotel inside was a stark contrast, clean and safe.
